Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

You just have to be a little tech savvy to be able to stay up to date with the latest trends and strategies. Even if you aren't a tech wiz though, their support team can get you up to speed with just a small amount of effort because of how intuitive the entire system is after the initial launch.

We have designers, developers, technologists, brand journalist and strategists on staff. Each of these team members has unique skills and the HubSpot platform allows them to translate those skills to a marketing program that achieve documentable ROI. HubSpot has a phenomenal training program that allows each of our team members to become certified experts in the use of HubSpot tools.

marketing department - Hubspot design make it very easy to allow anyone with any experaince the option to learn and progress. However I feel that you need to have a understanding of how core programs work and the basic knowledge of how websites work such as the cta, landing page, follow up emails etc. However Hubspot support is fantastic and it allows people to develop and help with any issues

Hubspot is very user-friendly and intuitive, however we do think a level of skill is best suited to suppor it. Depending on the application, attention to detail, creativity, and tech savvy are good skills to have. Basic understanding of html is definitely a plus!

All of us are hubspot and inbound certified. Our designer / developers are also COS certified. This means at any given time we have enough people on staff to help with any issues that we could run into. Most of the trouble shooting comes from the design and development team

Our Senior Infrastructure Engineer had to do some back-end stuff in the beginning to make sure our subdomains were pointing to the correct place, and that our Corporate IP address was filtered from tracking. Before we moved to the HubSpot COS, he was also responsible for updating the HubSpot WordPress plugin whenever necessary. Other than that, he is pretty hands off.

The desired type of skills needed to support or operate HubSpot would be light technical and open minded. I believe the software system is super easy to operate and support for the marketing team. We share a common belief with each other that we must always be learning new things to succeed in our role.

While everyone within our agency contributes to HubSpot, we typically have 3-4 people on any one account at any time. An account manager works closely with the platform implementing email, workflows, landing pages, lead scoring and reporting. An art director with a web design specialty is actively maintaining the design manager portion and a graphic designer is constantly within the file manager and CTA tool. Finally a sales enablement expert is using the CRM and qualifying leads while providing light sales training.

On the marketing side of things, the product is extremely intuitive, allowing for just about anyone with a basic understanding of a SaaS portal to easily find and do what they need for digital marketing. From a back-end, development standpoint, having the knowledge and experience with coding helps you implement the necessary elements for styling and functionality on the website.
