HubSpot's platform is very usable. They have built a lot of easy-to-adopt functions into their product that make it possible for novice marketing automation teams to get started. They also have lots of complex functionality that can be adapted to fit your companies needs, which makes HubSpot's platform a great option for scaling your marketing team / efforts.

For the most part it is very clean, modern, and concise. There are only a few exceptions that I have: workflows are very confusing and complicated. You have to have a lot of practice before you can start to understand them (or know IFTT rules). It is also a struggle to work on templates at times, as it can be hard to find exactly what it is you're looking for in the area you're looking for it (mostly global items like headers/footers).

Hubspot shows you what do and makes it easy to find the help articles you need. Over all it shows the system status well. The only issue is when there are syncing issues so you'll have to save often and make sure to refresh so you know your changes synced with the server.

Very easy to use and simple steps not over complicating things. The extensive knowledge base also helps as there are a variety of different topics to choose from. Also the option to contact a support person is also great.
There are user manuals on every function for hubspot and they are written clearly and are easy to follow

Overall we are all thankful of this tool and it's incredible ease of use. Recently Hubspot rolled out Hubspot Projects as well which gives more than just video training but also a way to put work into practice. This has been HUGE for our team when it comes to overall usability of the tool and putting it into action using best practice.

I think Hubspot is so intuitive and easy to use. I don't foresee anyone having issues to adapt to using it. Everything is user friendly and very simple to use.

I found it very easy to use - however some less technology-oriented people might need a bit of time to get up and running with it. But the HubSpot Academy has a plethora of very easy to watch and easy to understand videos that walk you through the platform and explain all of the best ways to use it.

HubSpot is very simple to use, and if you stumble across a feature that you're not sure how to use they have plenty of help buttons to guide you. All of the features are integrated with each other, which makes it very easy to tie all of your inbound efforts together.

HubSpot is very easy to use now, and is also constantly improving. Where I may have had qualms in the past, the new website, blog, email and editors have removed those. In addition, there are tons of resources in the HubSpot library for how to do anything on the system, as well as having super account managers that are always willing to help!

I jumped in with no training and found it incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. They have built-in tips, and tons of resources on the support site. When I have really weird or complex questions, their support staff is super friendly and always helpful.

While Hubspot is not simple to use, I can't imagine it being easier given what it does. They have a solid paradigm in place that allows you to understand the way things work and get stuff done. In addition, the support is incredible. If Hubspot has the functionality you need, there is no reason not to go with them.
