I use HubSpot everyday from beginning of my shift to the end of it. It allows me to easily manage all my tasks for the day as well as easily access any customer information I need. Whether I am working with new inbound leads, managing lists of outbound prospects, or helping a current client I know I will be able to manage everything well in this CRM.
  • Orginization
  • Notifications
  • User friendly
  • Customizable
Cons
  • I feel that sequences can be a little more robust
When I have to make all my calls for the day HubSpot is great at keeping me on top of everything I have to do for the day. I feel that some things like sequences can be improved on since there is no way to create multiple emails threads, this is the one issue I have had with the CRM.

Easy to use, perfect for our team

HubSpot Sales is being used by the entire organization. The Sales team uses it to track and monitor deal flow and contacts, as well as task management to ensure things don't fall through the cracks.

Executive Management uses HubSpot Sales to monitor deal progress and track sales estimates and expected close timing.
  • Integration into GSuite/Gmail. The setup is super simple, and eliminates the need for duel entry as contacts and email streams flow freely from Gmail into HubSpot.
  • Task Management. Tasks are easy to setup by deal, company or individual. The reminders help keep users on task.
  • Funnel Management. It is easy to see where deals are in the funnel, and to manage deals if they stall.
Cons
  • Visualization of the funnel. There is a kanban-type board for deal flow, but it could be presented better visually to make it easy to manage.
  • Reporting. The reporting is ok, but leaves a lot of room for improvement.
  • Notes Editor. You can add notes to each deal, company, or contact, but there aren't any basic editing tools in the text box. For example, a simple bullet button, italics, bold, etc. would go a long way in making the taking of notes within HubSpot much easier.
HubSpot Sales is well suited for sales teams that want to really use a CRM. As with any tool like this, it is only as effective as the willingness of the team to use it. Adoption is easy and the overhead of keeping it updated is not real heavy. It seems to be most ideally suited for smaller teams, but I could see it being quite effective for larger teams, as well.

So easy to use.... provides actionable data

Most of the marketing and sales team uses Hubspot Sales. The most used features are the email tracking and the log to CRM function. It helps us add processes to our email communications.
  • Ease of use
  • Provides actionable data
  • Helps you stay organized and business focused in communications
Cons
  • More features could be accessible in freemium model
  • Minimize false alerts
Hubspot Sales is used by our team to help with lead management and lead nurturing. We are currently experimenting with sequences in order to automate some of our conversion processes.

Easy to use and so many great features!

We use HubSpot Sales HUB in combination with HubSpot Marketing Hub as our main CRM for our customers and leads. For starters, we have HubSpot Sales HUB tied to our social media ads, our live chat, google ads, forms, etc so all of our lead information will be auto added into HubSpot Sales HUB. We can then use HubSpot Sales HUB sales HUB to send emails, keep track of where leads are coming from, see the email open rate, schedule calls with the customers, add notes, see what they are interested in, create workflows, and so much more.
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to keep track of lead information
  • Easy to schedule meetings/ calls with leads/ customers
  • Easy to run reports
  • Easy to create workflows
  • Easy to import contacts
  • Live chat is fast to respond
Cons
  • The sequences are confusing to use
  • Sometimes the live chat just sends an article instead of directly helping you
  • When it comes to actual sales numbers, not the best. But is great for seeing things like email open rate
I rated HubSpot Sales HUB a 9 because I think HubSpot Sales HUB is great for keeping track of lead information, keeping track of customer information, keeping track of where leads are coming from, seeing email stats like the email open rate, scheduling calls with the customers/leads, add notes, see what they are interested in, create workflows, etc. I think HubSpot Sales HUB is not very easy to create sequences but you could always just use workflows like we do because of the sequence complication. I also think they have great customer service, they do reply fast but sometimes they just send you articles and sometimes they will actual go into the project you are working on and help.

HubSpot Sales is An Easy to Use Sales Enablement Software

We use HubSpot Sales across some portions of our business in addition to our internal CRM that we regularly use. It is only used by certain departments or business units, not the entire organization. HubSpot Sales has some cool features, especially if you are a HubSpot customer. The email engagement tracking, customizable templates, sequences (similar to workflows in HubSpot) and document attachments are very powerful sales enablement tools.
  • Easy to use
  • Powerful tools for small sales forces
  • Tight integration with HubSpot
Cons
  • Not especially scaleable for larger sales forces
  • Limited permissions structure
  • Can be costly at larger scale usage
HubSpot sales is a great tool for smaller sales organizations to really enable their sales force with a variety of powerful and helpful features. It is heavily focused toward the sales enablement side of things (more than it is focused on, say, managing your sales force). Larger organizations with lots of sales people may find it very difficult to scale this product due to the simple way that things like lead routing are built.
