HubSpot Sales is being used across Sales and Marketing to align our two departments on the contacts and deals we are going after. The software helps our management and department managers have more visibility into how the business is performing. We use the entire suite of HubSpot Sales to enable our sales reps and make their lives just a little bit easier.
  • HubSpot Sales tracks emails really easily. It makes logging those emails even easier with auto logging and the option to forward your thread to the tracker as well (in case you forgot to track it the first time).
  • HubSpot Sales also allows users to easily schedule meetings with contacts. Their meetings functionality rivals it's competition and looks stunning.
  • HubSpot Sales document tracking is also awesome, though we need to use it more often.
Cons
  • I think the meetings links need to be more customizable than they are... they should allow us to change the domain to match our own domain if possible. This would create a fully branded experience for the company.
HubSpot sales is useful for both small and mid size companies up to enterprise. This means you can be a 1 man/woman shop or have tons of reps. The pricing is affordable and the value at scale is unsurpassed in the industry. If you need to track emails sent via your inbox and schedule meetings you're already in need of HubSpot Sales.

HubSpot Sales is a key ingredient in the company's success by helping to create a streamlined process. Whether it is giving the team the tools they need to be able to close new business or the resources to continually upsell to current clients HubSpot Sales is an integral part of my company's full growth stack.
  • Customizable Templates
  • Detailed and fully customizable reporting
  • Streamlined funnel flows
Cons
  • Further customization of the sales funnels with ease to tie everything back to a persona
  • Contact views can get complicated, a way to segment the view by user would be nice
  • A way to create "suggested views" by an admin to help new users get setup would reduce some initial friction
Small and mMedium-sized business that are doing many functions manually or with a free version of other software will find quite a few features that will help take their sales functions to the next level. Even larger companies with several employees will find the ability to define user functions and segment business opportunities extremely helpful.

HubSpot Sales is used by our organization's sales team. We started using it across our whole organization until we really figured out the aspects between a free user and a paid seat for the Sales Professional. For sales, this addresses our need to combine a CRM and a sales tool to help our sales team stay on task with following up on leads.
  • Easy to use.
  • Custom fields.
Cons
  • Very pricey.
  • Wish they had an option to add features "al a carte."
I would recommend HubSpot Sales for those needing a comprehensive sales team solution for a small team. Although it is scalable it can be quite pricey. We currently have a 5 seat plan on a monthly payment plan for $432 (includes tax). We can integrate free users but they do not have all the features the HubSpot Sales subscription does.

Our sales and marketing departments use Hubspot Sales to help measure the success of both our marketing team (to help funnel leads to our sales department) and the success of our sales team (to see to ROI and close rate). Hubspot Sales helps keep our team organized as we can track who has reached out to a specific lead and where that lead is at in the sales funnel.
  • Sequences
  • Templetes
  • It gives you the ability to track the sales process/funnel
Cons
  • It would be nice if you could limit user uses based on landing pages or how they came in
  • HubSpot's company information can be incorrect at times
It is great if you are needing to manage multiple people on your sales team or are needing to track your sales funnel. If you are a one person sales team or have a short sales cycle it might not be for you (however it is a free tool so I would still recommend checking it out.

The organization uses HubSpot Sales across departments. The Program department uses the solution most frequently for tracking and managing sales from events and at our community store. It addresses many business problems such as understanding which patrons purchase certain items and when. It also gives insight into quarterly and annual sales projections and a host of other sales related insights.
  • Defining sales strategies.
  • Sales reporting.
Cons
  • List management.
  • Subscription pricing.
The scenario that HubSpot shines is the top of the sales funnel when prospective sales are being nurtured through the qualification process. HubSpot allows the user the ability to manage this stage and management easy insight into sales across the organization. I have found HubSpot is not the best option in the single-member, small businesses or for independent contractor roles. The monthly subscription cost seems a bit high to justify in these scenarios.
