Sales hub is an excellent tool for a sales professional, probably even the best tool available in the industry without a doubt. However it could be much less convenient for outside sales reps that need to consistently meet people in person, it has some features to cater to these reps but they aren't as robust as the ones designed for inside sales reps.

HubSpot Sales Hub integrates with many software systems and provides analytics and reporting tools to help salespeople track their performance, improve, and make data-driven sales strategy decisions. Adding contacts is simple; sequencing is an excellent tool for monitoring prospecting efforts, and HubSpot has a great knowledge base, a learning academy, and customer support. However, smaller businesses or startups may find the cost high.

I really like HubSpot as a cheaper option compared to Salesforce. Saving that money allows for the implementation of other tools. Everything I've asked for in terms of deal progression features has been answered by HubSpot. On the flip side, Salesforce has more features I look for in a CRM software overall. The interface is much better but I'm ok with settling on features to save some money for more tools.

HubSpot is great in any sales situation and is a capable tool in improving any companies organization of clients. Only thing I dislike is those internally need to be on the same page for note taking otherwise the notes on clients can be very disorganized.

When I have to make all my calls for the day HubSpot is great at keeping me on top of everything I have to do for the day. I feel that some things like sequences can be improved on since there is no way to create multiple emails threads, this is the one issue I have had with the CRM.

It's suited for when we need to make call lists and how to organize said lists, with staying on top of tasks. The queue feature lets me divide my call lists us easily and keeps me organized well. It may not be suited always for directly replying to emails as I prefer to do that in Gmail.

The HubSpot Sales Hub is a great tool for any business that needs a CRM and is willing to pay the money for it. The streamlined communication is highly valuable for any business and differently helps when looking for information, clientele, and any other forms of key business players. HubSpot Sales Hub is perfect for my role in the software world. Any SaaS company should use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep track of their deals and accounts.

I don't have much experience working in other industries with HubSpot Sales Hub, but I'm sure that there are some use cases where smaller companies that don't need as many tech integrations would find HubSpot Sales Hub as over kill.

HubSpot Sales Hub is really great for organizing workflow. If you have a smaller lead pool & you don't want to be repetitively reaching out to the same people, HubSpot Sales Hub allows you to put leads on a sequence and work off of your tasks. You don't have to worry about manually monitoring cold email outreach. HubSpot Sales Hub lacks slightly in its organizing of leads when not on sequence. There is not a lot of search options except for searching specifics, such as name & company.

Any business that is trying to grow and not miss a beat or a single opportunity would enjoy this the main advantage, in my point of view is definitely how it helps keep track of just about everything, and it can be very easy to lose track of many aspects and events going on especially if you are trying to get your business to grow quickly.

We use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep a tally of our in-house warranty tickets, and it is particularly good at managing and organizing them so that we can thoughtfully plan out our weekly warranty/repair schedule. Additionally, Hubspot's comment and inbox system are incredibly useful for having multiple team members work through a singular inbox without stepping over each other. One thing I think should be worked on though would be the performance of the site as it stutters and freezes fairly consistently.

HubSpot Sales Hub is wonderful for tracking and monitoring clients. We work with school districts and schools, so we depend on creating that parent/child company relationship. Reaching out to new clients to send emails only takes a min but must be manually done. We had to hire a part-time person to do this, where it would be better if these could be automated.

As previously mentioned, I’m a satisfied user of HubSpot Sales Hub. We’re an agency, and we’re using it to keep track of all our opportunities, closed sales, etc. We are using the Marketing Hub as well, and I think it’s the combination of the different hubs that represents the value of the platform.

Every scenario for my team and I is reliant on HubSpot Sales Hub being a part of the process. The software literally acts as a Hub that everything flows through for us. I don't have any memory of a time this wasn't useful for me. I would say the same for my co-workers as well.

HubSpot Sales Hub is well suited in the case where SALES teritories shift. The new SALES-PERSON can easily review all past notes / history as not to skip a beat in the customer's eyes. HubSpot Sales Hub is less appropriate in a case where you would need to see all the companies under the parent or in case of a merger.

Being able to capture the engagement of prospects helps to target my sales efforts, especially with a large territory. The use of sequences to automate communication within campaigns is also very helpful, especially with the level of customization available - it's way more than just a mail merge.

I love HubSpot! It is my favourite CRM by far. I think it's great for marketing and super helpful to ensure there's no disconnect between sales and marketing, which is critical for any GTM motion. I love the reporting and analytics, I think it's very easy to set up and use.

HubSpot Sales Hub is a versatile, customizable, and user-friendly tool that enables us to achieve our goal while providing a best-in-class customer experience in a single location. It is the best at task management, desktop integration, and contract management. It's easy to forecast with a sales funnel and track sales development. HubSpot gave us the best platform to track sales opportunities and customer databases so we could easily convert leads.
