My company was already using HubSpot when I joined the team, so I'm not sure how the selection process went. I do know that my supervisor said there really wasn't any one else that stood a chance against them. They constantly educate potential customers through the sales process, you never feel like they are selling you. Plus, everything they've promised to deliver has been delivered above our expectations.

Compared to Constant Contact, HubSpot simply has more options. The reason I use Constant Contact now instead of HubSpot is simply because I no longer need everything that HubSpot does and CC makes it quick and simple. If I was in a bigger business, HubSpot would be my first choice.

We also use Pardot for a few customers. I like Pardot as well but not as great of a platform as HubSpot. SalesForce's sale team pushes Pardot really hard on the SalesForce CRM users and it does integrate nicely. HubSpot is a better tool and inbound content management platform all around. I'm guessing some people will like Pardot or Marketo better but those tools don't offer everything that HubSpot does.

HubSpot was much more broad spectrum than SalesForce. It addressed many more needs and in a totally integrated fashion.

We might add Salesforce as we grow but it will only address one area of our needs whereas HubSpot hit website development and maintenance, social media presence and other areas that Salesforce does not.

HubSpot is top of the line and in my opinion there are no other tools out there that compare when it comes to the capabilities and the amount of things you can do all within HubSpot. HubSpot makes it so easy to manage everything you need as far as digital marketing goes.

HubSpot combines both Hootsuite and WordPress together into a seamless platform for updating website pages, scheduling social media, and posting blogs. It tracks all forms of contact between companies and the contacts, while easily giving more options for communicating between the two.

This is my first exposure to a product like HubSpot, but know in comparing it to platforms used by the large corporation I used to work for, it seems to be much more user-friendly, and provides more relevant data in a much more timely manner. Our company elected to use HubSpot from the positive prior experience of my business partner.

We used Marketo before we used HubSpot. It was much less user friendly and took the marketing team too much time to complete tasks. Marketo also charged extra for support whereas HubSpot rolls it into the plan.

Silverpop would not issue a trial when we were in our decision making process where as HubSpot did.

I think Salesforce is a great product as well, but I like that HubSpot is easier to use and I feel like it offers more information. An additional feature of HubSpot is Salesforce integration though so you don't have to choose one or the other but can combine to have all of your contacts from Salesforce import into HubSpot.

HubSpot blows HatchBuck out of the water hands down. SharpSpring definitely provides more competition, but HubSpot's landing page & CTA functionality provide that little bit of extra value that make it worthwhile, especially if you don't have a developer on staff.

We looked at a lot of other options, many of them cheaper. None of them solved the problems as easily as Hubspot did. Plus their customer service and support is unmatched. If you have a question, you click a button on their website and they will literally call YOU within 5 minutes.

We did not evaluate other products. Quite honestly we were extremely impressed with the capabilities of HubSpot. Once we saw HubSpot we were hooked. HubSpot allowed us to create and implement a thorough marketing strategy. In addition Hubspot has allowed us to create attainable and measurable marking goals.

Business Catalyst is another tool we have used. While the content management system at one time was superior to HubSpot's, I believe HubSpot has exceeded them. HubSpot has connected all the dots in order to obtain the right information in lead generation. HubSpot makes it easy to find data and to find what is working and what isn't.

I chose HubSpot mostly because of the reputation in the industry as the leader. I've had clients/prospects ask me to compare to InfusionSoft, in particular, and I say it's just not the service we use. I don't spend a ton of time comparing. HubSpot works great and we have proof to show.
