If you are looking for an all in one platform that can improve your marketing strategies and practices, get HubSpot. It is great for big changes and for those looking for a serious change to their marketing practices. If you just need something simple, HubSpot can be good but not necessary.

HubSpot is a great tool for companies who are interested in understanding what happens with their digital marketing and how their visitors are using their site. This type of knowledge is especially effective for business types that have long sales cycles and/or require a lot of education to the consumer.

I can't imagine any business not benefiting from using Hubspot to automate and integrate their marketing, especially small business. It allows any size business compete evenly and may even favor small businesses because voice and passion can be communicated

It is ideal when implementing and executing an inbound marketing strategy where the purpose is to generate leads, nurture them and convert them to customers. It's less appropriate if you don't have the resources or the will to update your website and blog with new content in order to generate more leads.

I would not recommend any marketing software if you are not invested into the time and effort it takes to take on an inbound strategy. You cannot expect to buy HubSpot and then magically increase your visits, leads, and sales. It is also something that takes a bit of lead time, so there is patience involved when being in inbound marketing.

Anyone looking to generate leads on their website, especially those with a blog or plans for one, should use HubSpot. Plus, if you're using multiple tools such as Hootsuite, MailChimp/Constant Contact, Google Analytics, etc. to accomplish marketing tasks - you could do all that using HubSpot and have it all be in one place. It's so nice to have everything right there. Plus, anyone with specific marketing campaigns will love the campaigns tool as much as I do (it integrates with SFDC campaigns!).

HubSpot is also great for marketing teams. You can assign tasks to people in the calendar and color code items based on different things. It makes it really easy to assign tasks and keep everyone on track without using a separate project management tool.

It also works very well for email nurturing! I love using HubSpot for personalized drip campaigns to deliver targeted content to specific users and help them have a more segmented experience with our content.

It is well suited for small to medium sized businesses who have a clear understanding of digital lead generation and the importance of developing buyer personas. A clear connection with those persona's buyer's journey is important as well. Without a clear understanding of what a 'conversion' is, it will be difficult to see value.

It is perfect for small teams. There are so many automated features that you can get as much done as a team twice the size. I started using HubSpot as a one woman team and most of the prospects I spoke with assumed I had a team of 5+. That is EXACTLY what I needed!

HubSpot is a great platform for businesses looking to drive relevant web traffic, generate hot leads, nurturing those leads through the sales funnel and ultimately closing them into customers. It is great for building awareness and organic outreach.

We use HubSpot in our marketing department for email blasts, to create landing pages and set up automated workflows. It covers everything we need for inbound marketing and its analytic tools help us determine how our campaigns are performing. We're also able to score leads so that we can pass them over to sales once the lead has reached a certain score.

If you're just starting out, it will be easier to get started with HubSpot. Its not that the migration process is difficult, it's not, but like all things, there's some overhead there. You need to have a person willing to become a HubSpot expert on staff to really get the most out of it, but it can be quite useful even if you don't.

It's perfect for B2B organizations that have a long sales cycle and/or high value sale. I find it tougher to justify the cost for companies with low-ticket sales items, unless you have a solid strategy to increase volume of sales using Hubspot. Also, it's easier to leverage all its features with two or more people in the marketing department.

HubSpot is extremely well-suited for SMBs and small teams. It lends itself to even beginner marketers but can still serve intermediate and advanced uses without needing many add-ons. It is growing better every day with different integrations and product features. I would especially recommend this product to small B2B companies as it does a great job helping manage long sale cycles and engagement. I would guess that large and enterprise companies may be better suited on other platforms.

Hubspot is well suited for teams looking for a marketing automation platform that can allow for easy and intuitive creation of assets. While some detailed and complex processes can become even tougher within the software, it is constantly evolving and updating to make these smoother. Every day tasks are usually very simple and easy.

HubSpot is ideal if you have a considered purchase process for your products or services, it gives you all the tools that you need to be able to guide your buyers through their journey. It's not ideal if the value of your product or service is fairly low or your sales are of a more transactional nature.

Hubspot is great for teams of all sizes, but you need to be prepared for taking on a big software with endless capabilities. It can save you time, optimize your processes, and help you market smarter. It can also lead you down a rabbit hole. Come in with goals in mind or you won't be successful.
