As a marketer, HubSpot makes my job easier and more efficient. I am able to accomplish more on a daily basis because of the functionality of the tools. I am able to create a campaign, track its effectiveness, and continuously learn and grow from this process.

HubSpot is a great tool that has really allowed us to scale our marketing activities. Additionally, the resources they provide to get new employees up to speed are thorough and easy to access. The support, additionally, is a huge plus and far better than anything I've experienced with other vendors.

HubSpot will keep us a customer because trying to move away from it would be difficult as we are very integrated into it. Additionally, because they are constantly rolling out functionality and are responsive to help where functionality might not be there yet, we have come to expect quick solutions. It’s constantly evolving and not just to be flashy, but to make the user experience more intuitive, simple and better.

HubSpot is constantly evolving and I believe the company I work for will be using it for most, if not all of our inbound marketing needs.

Our company is in the second year (renewal) with HubSpot. The clear track record of increased visits-to-leads-to-customers in the first 12 months made it a simple decision to renew. Although we have our main website content hosted independently, we have made a decision to host our sub-domains (blog and landing pages) with HubSpot directly. This makes content creation extremely easy. From creating new landing pages or editing current ones, to performing A/B testing -- It's addicting.

Once on the platform, it's difficult to not renew your license. That's typical of any CRM or marketing automation. We have invested a lot of time in learning the tool and the methodology so it would be a waste not to renew. Plus we are seeing the results we were promised.

Although there is a learning curve, HubSpot is fairly easy to use. I liked the older version better than the newer version, but there are some great features in the Content Optimization System that are hard to emulate elsewhere. Interestingly, once you have been on the platform its not that easy to migrate off the platform. That coupled with the increased security against hacking has made HubSpot a great choice for maintaining an ongoing website and web presence. I like the way all the online components integrate and I also have all of my leads loaded into my HubSpot portal. When I do outbound email blasts, the engagement with customers is logged in my portal and now with lead scoring, the ability to evaluate leads and define programs for specific market segments, the Hubspot software gives a smaller organization the ability to create laser focused marketing campaigns. This results in improved return on investment and also increased engagement.

I think HubSpot has been a great add for us. My guess is that we'll add a second year on but at this point I think cost could be a big factor. We might be able to get the same basic level of service from another provider. It's yet to be seen.

Not only is the application great, but the monthly strategy calls are also really helpful, as are the HubSpot reference library, templates, and blog articles. New clients moving directly into their responsive, structured-data-friendly version will face a very enjoyable learning curve to harness it all for your purposes. HubSpot knows what we're doing and how we're doing it, and they're just as interested in our success as we are.

Being a graphic designer, part of work is to implement design into HubSpot for clients. With that being said, HubSpot is a very powerful tool for creating content within pages. It gives you the options to layout different columns and create beautiful looking content that doesn't feel just dropped in. It saves time by creating the templates yourself and not having to reach out to a team developer to implement the structure. The other side to HubSpot is the tracking system it has to offer. We have clients that are able to track information all across the board with HubSpot and gain leads from it. Anyone that shoots HubSpot down would be crazy! It's like saying you don't want success. I highly recommend HubSpot to anyone.
