At the time, we don't want to change marketing software because we don't think there is any program out there that is rivaling HubSpot in enough manner for us to change. The customer service and support is a big factor in why we would not change. The HubSpot conference is something that we thoroughly enjoy because of the engagemnt with other HubSpotters; the beneficial training sessions and the new information available at the conference is astounding. They really hear what the customer is wanting throughout the year, they put it on their list and then at the conference they announce we head what you wanted and guess what? You've got it. Using HubSpot as been great and renewing with them is just common sense at this time.

The HubSpot company itself provides such fantastic support for all its users. Time and time again we've come to them with a question, or a problem, or a glitch, and their team works with us to help get things figured out. They provide executive level support for our boss to help project what we will need in the future, and their training helps us get new employees up to speed and gives us the opportunity to improve our skills every day.

We seriously cannot do our jobs without HubSpot. For years Marketing never really had true reporting and metrics, a lot of things were left up to guesses. Now we have so many reports we have an answer for everything. We know exactly what is working in our Marketing efforts and WHY. It's great!

We will definitely renew our subscription to HubSpot. Hands down it makes our job at the marketing company much easier. It generates more leads with less effort. There is an aspect of us having invested a lot of time into the platform already and we would not want to begin again with another platform. We are extremely happy with HubSpot and would be happy to help anyone else make their decision for marketing automation software.
