We will renew Hubspot, because of the a fore mentioned, as well as the fact that there is no other product that we are aware of that combines, the data, an excellent content management system, as well as many additional tools that are essential to inbound marketing with top-notch customer service the way that Hubspot does.

Numbers don't lie, and HubSpot delivers. Increased website traffic and leads are all achievable with HubSpot. Not only that, but HubSpot makes it easy to do so. There are constantly new updates and tools that set HubSpot above the competition as a forward-thinking company.

It works. I have been advised by my business coaches that this program is better suited to mid-sized companies (I am a sole proprietor). But if I had to set up programs for all the functions I can easily and quickly access through HubSpot, it would take much, much longer to accomplish all my tasks. It's better for me to have all these things reside in one spot.

I will renew my HubSpot subscription without question. HubSpot has become an integral part of my business plan for lead generation and thought leadership. The ease of use and results I'm getting from my inbound marketing efforts make my HubSpot renewal a no-brainer. I don't think I could conduct my business without it.

Having used other automated marketing platforms Hubspot comes across as a platform with strategic automation in mind as opposed to the more cumbersome and inelegant solutions I have come across. I really like Hubspot, use it daily and would recommend it to anyone.

We've developed our entire marketing and sales strategy to be centered around using Hubspot's tools. We plan to add employees and time to this online lead generation effort, and Hubspot makes it easy to scale with more users of the software. For our company, the Basic package makes so much sense in terms of ROI that we'd be bleeding money if we stopped using Hubspot. What we'd have to do is spread around our efforts across several different software marketing tools.

The only reason is the expense. It is a very expensive product and while there is high value, and the support is awesome, the high cost may be hard to justify to my Board of Directors year after year. The fact that it is cheaper than paying Google is a major plus and one of the major reasons the high cost may be easy to justify to my BOD

We are very likely to continue with HubSpot as it's such an overarching dashboard. With social integration, and the new content optimization system, it's clear that continuing with HubSpot will help improve our inbound marketing efforts by allowing us to more efficiently aggregate and utilize data to drive our future content strategy. The only objection we may face is the cost. As an agency, we often need to sell our clients on adopting HubSpot, and some smaller businesses may find the cost prohibitive, on top of the services we are already offering.

I have confidence that HubSpot will always do right by me. When things have been rocky in the past, they always made up for it. The people they hire are exceptional and the service they provide is the best I've seen. The software is fantastic--and priced fairly, especially next to its competition--but the people behind it make it that much better.

I have used several other email/marketing systems at other companies, and HubSpot is the easiest to use, provides the best customer service (we have a fantastic account manager), and allows me to pull more in-depth reporting than I've ever been able to do with another system. And they are constantly working on ways to make it better.

Well, there are some other products that are based in JS that might make more sense. HubSpot has been a great product for us, but we are starting to think about products that can offer us more flexibility.

It's usefulness to our sales and marketing team has made it an integral part of our company workflow. My only issue is with its terrible email management system (we do email blasts that lead to soft bounces, which leads to ineligibility status on some of our leads, which should not have occurred). Sometimes I find myself confused with the Salesforce integration functions and the support team is unable to resolve issues.
