Very likely to renew. We are still in our first year and received a discounted rate due to our large contacts database. We plan on renewing, unless the price is increased an outrageous amount more than what we originally signed on for. That would be the only way we don't renew. HubSpot constantly rolls out new features. A few months ago they unveiled a CRM, allowing me to bring in our sales team and store manager to my marketing and sales process. My account rep is great, remembers my company and our goals, and always has an answer to my random questions.

HubSpot has allowed us to expand our capabilities by upgrading to the Enterprise version of the software. This edition will allow us to do A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs and landing pages. We are excited to maximize this feature. We feel like we can always do more with HubSpot. We are never limited by it. We have just scratched the surface of what we can do and what we can discover with HubSpot we will definitely stay for a nice long while.

HubSpot is now a business tool we use everyday. I could not image running a website and magazine site like we do without this tool. We would be blind without it. Our customers now expect it. Our sales folks expect it. It has become a part of our everyday business operations.

I feel like we've been so spoiled with the capability and usability of HubSpot; switching to another platform would certainly seem like a downgrade. HubSpot is constantly innovating to build and integrate more tools in a way that makes using the platform seamless and easy. It's definitely a no-brainer.

We're already seeing great results after implementing HubSpot and I foresee us continuing to use this software down the road for a long time. Like all good inbound content, it takes a while to build up so the ROI is not immediate, but given 6-12 months of diligent work through inbound marketing I know we can accomplish the marketing goals we've set for inbound.

As a HubSpot partner - yet independently operating - it's tempting to just stick with HubSpot as the Marketing Automation Platform-of-choice. Of course, considerable investment in time and money has now been spent on HubSpot. We sometimes contemplate switching to another platform (or using another platform on a different domain), simply to keep ourselves fresh and as independent as we possibly can. The recent upgrades by HubSpot (Social, CRM) are a great churn-fighter though.

The ongoing services and support that come with HubSpot are exceptional. One of the main reasons I would renew is because of the growth possibility. Just this year at Inbound they announced their CRM which in the state it is in right now would be amazing for a small company just starting out but for us right now we are on an existing CRM and HubSpots CRM wouldn't support the functionality we need right now but in gen2 or gen3 it might be more capable of allowing us to migrate over 1500 accounts. They are always listening to their customers and constantly updating and improving and to see what they already have I want to stay onboard to see what other features they add that could help even more that in already does.

I can't imagine using any other tool besides HubSpot. Since using HubSpot, my efficiency has increased dramatically because I can do everything in one place, and I don't have to jump between a bunch of different websites. HubSpot has created their own type of marketing, inbound marketing, and I don't see them going anywhere anytime soon. I see HubSpot growing in the coming years, and I can see our agency growing with HubSpot. As they begin to do more, we'll be able to do more.

It is still really early to tell, but after the investment of time that has been made to create all those emails and landing pages, it would seem like a loss to not renew and lose your footing and placement in Google and the "after" traffic that comes in.

Our customers like the marketing we do and they see it as a referral of the type of marketing service they would like us to deliver to them. Every month we are earning more suscribers to our blog and gaining new ones too. We've reached new customers beacuse of the marketing strategies we've been able to implement with HubSpot. And we've seen how our organic traffic has increased constantly over the las 10 months.
