  • Since the company has really started to delve into what Hubspot has to offer - over the past year or so - it has definitely had a positive impact. The major difference is that we made sure that anyone who would be working with Hubspot went through the necessary trainings to understand the system. Therefore everyone here who uses Hubspot has a good grasp on how it works (which is fairly easy to get a hold of because it is a very user-friendly system). And if we do have questions, we know just who to ask.

  • With Hubspot, I was able to consolidate various software tools into one platform, saving on renewal maintenance costs and resources (for example no longer dependency on web resources to execute marketing campaign). We also removed dependency on 3rd party blog platform.
  • The complete closed loop reporting also provided a single source of truth and saved us a lot of time when analyzing and planning the next set of campaigns with sales management.

  • Faster Lead Conversion. Our typical lead Conversion is 30 days -12 months. We still have those but Hubspot has helped us convert some leads in a week. The idea that a person can do an entire transaction over the internet and never speak to a person is something we never thought possible 5 years ago.
  • Our employee's can see what products and pages potential customers have looked it. It took them a while to get used to this idea.
  • We don't know where we would be without Hubspot. We would never have Blogs, E-Books, Call's to Action, Landing Pages and customers. We believe about 50% of our current customers are generated from a Hubspot feature on our website.

  • HubSpot saved our agency. When traditional marketing took a dive in ROI, digital marketing conversions needed to end in sales. That's where HubSpot has played a significant role for not only our agency but our clients who use inbound marketing first hand.
  • HubSpot has a high price point but the support through Value Added Resellers (VARs) helps offset the cost and learning curve.
  • Without a doubt, HubSpot has brought in more customers and increased our bottom through inbound marketing. We have increased in size by 130% over the past 18 months.

  • Clearer insight into performance. Before HubSpot, we didn't have the intelligence on our marketing efforts right at our fingertips. Now we can see at a glance how our inbound marketing efforts are performing.
  • Increased efficiency. While we don't yet use the HubSpot CMS (COS), we have already realized greater efficiency. No longer do we have to hard code landing pages, and blogs are a cinch to post.
  • Lead generation. Before HubSpot, we didn't have a good method of capturing website leads, which means people came and left our website and we were none the wiser. HubSpot has helped us change that and helped us to better engage with website visitors.
  • Changed perception of marketing. HubSpot has helped us to start changing the way marketing is viewed within our company. Instead of an arts and crafts function, we're now starting to be viewed as lead generators that serve a valuable purpose in the sales cycle.

  • We have definitely seen a faster lead conversion rate. This has allowed us to do more marketing promos and get them out faster to our database as well as keep up with the new leads more efficiently.
  • We have had an overall better experience with forms on our website because of HubSpot. This has led to a more efficient system of answering leads and contacts. Our old forms were not always easy to fill out as they were on our German based website.

  • You need to have time to invest into the software, or else you will struggle. It's worth it to hire a dedicated project manager to implement.
  • It was very difficult to move my website over to the Hubspot template. It took over two months of back and forth which cut into my Hubspot subscription. Even with this, I cannot complain too much - the support team worked with me and I had constant communication. They were never rude and always supportive with my wishes.
