They respond within a couple of hours, and are very helpful. If the issue is complicated they call me, but usually they can manage it by helping me find the right support document. They're even able to help me edit custom code when I need it, as long as it's not anything too complicated. My questions are typically taken care of with their first response - we don't generally need back and forth.

I can't say enough times how wonderful HubSpot's support team is. I have been lucky to have some really complicated issues resolved and pretty darn fast too. I push their support team pretty hard, but they seem to keep answering my questions ;) Thanks HubSpot!

Their support team is always there to help and usually can deliver the solution you are looking for in just a few minutes over the phone. While I do not find myself calling support very often there are others within my company that do and they rave about how patient and willing to help everyone is on the support team.

The support requests are absolutely always responded to quickly. Support people at HubSpot are super friendly and genuinely care about my work - we often get in a conversation about what I'm working on. Plus, there are support options including phone, email and more. 99% of the time it takes far less effort than I expected to get my issues resolved.

I had a pretty serious programming issue in my onboarding period. I called and got to someone within 10 minutes. Their hold music was not elevator music, it was Andy Grammer's latest hits which made it seem like less time. They took note of the issue, tried what they knew, and then said they would work on the issue and be in touch soon. The issue was resolved within a day! And they were so pleasant to work with.

They answer my questions quickly, followup, make it easy to reach them. I'm not made to sit on hold for a long time, there are status updates such as what number in queue you are (I've never been lower than 4th in queue). They're seriously the standard I judge all other companies support by.

First off, support was available and not difficult to get in contact with. Phone, email, chat, etc. so there were always options to decide what worked best for us. Staff assigned to us was very helpful and even scheduled a call so I knew exactly when we would speak. I sat on the call with one of my developers and we asked several questions and Raleigh was very helpful.

I always get a quick response and I never have an unanswered question. Every once in a while it takes them a bit longer to get back to me to get a final answer but that's just because I have more in-depth questions. Even on the tough questions they always find a solution for me, they just have to do a little more research.

fantastic - very quick turnout time to answering my questions and helping with problems. They even make mock up examples and explain in great detail how I can achieve this myself. They are very understanding now matter how many times you go back to the support person. Each problem is always followed up with a email asking if everything is ok which is top customer support

Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get support but overall I am satisfied and feel the support team is very helpful overall. They are generally also helpful in giving direction or finding someone that can if your question is somewhat complex overall. In general though I am pleased.

If you need one reason why you'd love Hubspot, this is it. Their Customer support is bars none, the best! Everyt ime we have a question whether by phone or email, they always reply in a matter of minutes with the correct response. It's easy to follow up with them if another question arises after the initial contact and they are always ready to help.

Every question that i have had, they have been able to answer it either right away or emailed me the response within a day. Support is always very helpful and polite when i have dealt with them. They are not afraid to go into the code and troubleshoot the issue if I can't figure it out.

Whenever anyone from our team has a question, the first thing they do is hop on a call with HubSpot support. Very rarely is the wait longer than 5 minutes, and during that wait they play up-beat, happy music to get you excited for your day. Whenever you call they are usually very quick to help solve your problem, or will go out of their way to ask around to other support if they are unsure of the solution. If they are unable to solve your problem on the spot, they will call you or send you an email as soon as they get the answer. They're awesome!

HubSpot support is the best I've ever experienced, with any company I've ever been a customer of, ever.
We use a lot of technologies at our business and do not hesitate to contact support if something goes awry. So we talk with a lot of support teams. Personally, having to deal with verizon, microsoft, apple, support etc, talking with HubSpot support seems like an ENJOYABLE experience. I know every time I talk with them they will do everything in their power, even grab another engineer, to get my problem solved.
Also, there is NO transferring. Every person we've ever talked to has been perfectly equipped to fix our complex problems.

The Support team at HubSpot is awesome! They have tons of online support topics to peruse prior to calling, and they offer several ways to get support info (call them, request they call you, send an email). In addition, the Customer Success team is knowledgeable enough in the software to help with questions that aren't software-bug-related.

I can't say enough about how good their support is, every single person I've spoken to has been friendly, knowledgeable, and does whatever it takes to get an answer or solution for me, even when I call them with weird and wonderful requests (we have some strange use cases where the system isn't really built for it but they always work with me to find a way to get what I need).

They are responsive, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've come to them for help multiple times with items that other support systems may have said no to and they have always been extremely helpful in digging in to help me understand the problem before fixing it for me or setting me up to easily fix it myself.
