It is not directly used within our organization by employees but we use it for our apps. We use it for users to store images and documents in our app. We are working on corporate governance, where users can vote on agendas or proposals, store agreements, and governance policies. Users can upload pictures, organization documents, attachments, legal agreements, etc.

It is used to share information among the departments of the college. As we work with clients, it is very useful to share files, modify, and comment when developing the materials.
