The Vmware stack on the IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions is much faster to deploy and run and with respect to the Disaster recovery we get a robust Disaster recovery facility , Backup and security compliance is also being taken care partially by the IBM cloud and Partially by the VMware Vendor and very few responsibilities lies with the customer that can be easily managed

What has been obtained by using the VMware stack in the cloud with IBM is that our support environments, application development and the administration of the company itself have been greatly streamlined since we do not depend on the physical infrastructure of servers and storage. in the office, which had to be administered and maintained, which involves costs.By having all this in the IBM cloud, the expenses of some services such as electrical energy, cooling system, local network services and administration and service support for on-premisse equipment have been reduced.

Being that OpenStack is a full cloud-based infrastructure, moving to a virtualized replication has had an overall positive impact as far as less complexity in the functionality of Stack vs. VMware, saving money by having the same basic needs met without having to pay the full price, and most importantly, having one location to go to for all your VM needs as opposed to toggling between two applications.

IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions is very easy to use with a simple interface and it's also easy to install and get up running quickly. It helps us to optimize the value of available on-premises resources and leverages the same with Clouds capabilities. Fast operations on live multiple data migrations and excellent backups that help with disaster recovery.

Since this was a POC, it was nice to see the expansion of options on IBM Cloud and the potential in decreasing on-prem resource use and costs and its limitations. It was evident that there is a robust consideration for disaster recovery and the security of data.

Great Cloud platform and very reliable for multiple data backup and also recovering important data through IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions is an excellent and very easy operation. Through this software encryption is excellent and the synchronization of data with the package functions is also easy and profitable on data planning.

Migrating the VMware stack to IBM Cloud has enabled ease of access for our organization as well as a level of redundancy that did not exist prior. It has enabled us to replicate and distribute as we grow and increase our requirements.

I would like to say that this product [IBM Cloud VMware Solutions] really helped to migrate the existing setup to the cloud easily, as IBM's support team is really good with documentation. Our client had a one-stop backup and compliance solution. There were [a] few cases of performing recovery too, which was sorted easily as a backup solution [which] is handy.

Moving VMware stack to the IBM Cloud has made our IT decisions easier, efficient and it also has saved us time and money. We have 24x7 support and don't have the need for 24x7 on site IT support. Costs have been stable and decreased especially since we were looking to upgrade aging hardware[.]

The goal of using IBM Cloud for VMware was to burst existing workloads into the cloud on-demand in order to meet customer demand before physical hardware could be deployed in-country. This solution allowed us to maintain legacy apps and helped us shift development costs away from writing new apps while providing better security and DR/backup solutions.

Having the option to use existing VMWare ESX managers to help and keep up the climate has assisted with making a consistent stage for our activities. This makes it simple to get our information across various groups and reestablish when required.

We ultimately chose another provider with better support, but the product offering is good, it just lacks support and other offerings.

The overall impact in moving our current VMware stack to the IBM Cloud has been a positive one. Our current data centers are almost at capacity, so moving to the IBM Cloud has allowed us to minimize the need for new data centers. We also feel our data is safe and secure within the IBM Cloud, and we really like the automated backup and disaster recovery features.

IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions covers all aspects of IT needs for the customers that we work with. For the customers looking to get rid of a second site as a backup (which is more expensive and time-consuming than a data recovery backup solution), it's easy to use and a better way to store information.

Being able to leverage existing VMWare ESX administrators to support and maintain the environment has helped to create a seamless platform for our operations. This makes it easy to get our data across multiple teams and restore when needed.

IBM Cloud for VMware solutions has been great for saving data center costs. We can keep backup data off of these servers and invest in a cloud solution that has been reliable and fast. We haven't run into any problems with scalability and the software has been perfect for data recovery.
