The speed is very quick allowing the elimination of issues not associated with te problem

Mirroring the users work but not interrupting what needs to be done allows for better efficiencies.

Don't know if this is possible, but I'd like to make a snapshot of my current server for backup purposes. Unfortunately a snapshot takes too long (too many hours), and our server can't be off for more than a few hours at a time.

Not be charged if the server is turned off. Other companies (e.g. Microsoft Azure) does not charge if server if not actually on. I do realize that IBM only charges 25% of the normal fee but I think that’s still too high.

We have not had a great experience with support. Other devs will know that it can be very nerve-racking to have clients bombarding you because of an issue that you need support's help to fix.

Documentation could definitely be helped. Maybe a better onboarding guide?

IT managers can select from a menu of images preconfigured with popular applications or machines running a customer's existing software. The self-service portal simplifies the deployment of virtual servers, storage, and networking to any user within a company—without requiring help from IT.

It would also be nice if there were more templates to choose from when creating a server. Right now there are only a few options, and we'd like to see more variety.

We'd like to see the ability to create server groups. This would make it easier to manage a large number of servers since we could do all of the updates and management tasks for them at once.

There doesn't seem to be a way to automatically install updates on all of the virtual servers. We have to go in and manually update each one, which can be time-consuming. It would be really nice if automatic updates can be done.
