From another lens, organizations with small data sets, and loose regulations might not essentially need this product due to its heavy-duty service designation, albeit they can still use it.

Initially to save time and interact, collaborate with low code tools and especially content search. Integration of external file shares was a real challenge as well as payments. I think we are using at the end of the day only a little part. Next step would be the migration of the ecm.

Well the real time integration of Word and the external file share looks good to me. I think there’s room for improvement when it comes to migration and integration of previously used sources. Overall we did expect a little more ‚flexibility‘. Governance is always a hot topic that can be improved, too.

This help to streamline their content and manage processes and improve operational efficiency. t is also suitable in document-intensive process like loan approvals, claim processing and contract management. This help in reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. IBM FileNet Content Manager can be less-suited in small businesses that has low volume of document and information to manage as it may be costly.

we are using IBM Filenet content navigator to search and receive update all document at customer site which are from all the Israeli industry from bank to insurance companies

all our customer's are asking the same request that the preview size of the windows will be largare and the page will be split to 2 part

one side is the document properties and the other half will be the document preview.

at the moment thumbnail and other view of the document via the navigator page are not satisfying .
