We needed a comprehensive MDM solution that will help our organization to manage and secure our mobile devices, apps and content. IBM Security MaaS360 enables my organization to manage a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets and laptops, regardless of the (OS, Android, Windows). It also helps us through enforcing security policies, such as passcode requirements, encryption settings and remote wipe capabilities to offer protection to our most sensitive data incase any device is lost or stolen.

IBM Security MaaS360 enables organizations to manage and secure a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets and laptop. It provides centralized control over device settings, configurations and policies, allowing IT administrators to enforce security measures and ensure compliance across the mobile fleet. The registration process of devices is very easy to follow.

We use IBM MaaS360 for managing and protecting our end points such as mobile devices, laptops, desktops and some apps.

I was an end user. It allowed us to bring our own devices, but also make them secure. They also were able to secure our laptops in the event we lost one or it was stollen.

We implemented MaaS360 for a customer who had a bad experience with a competitive product. They wanted complete control and visibility of devices on their network.

We use it to control data usage on our 75 deployed iPads. We know if the devices are being utilized and limit the use of these devices to corporate interests. We know the location and can reassign an iPad as needed to a different or new user. There are less employee calls for support as we can tailor the applications to minimize the variations in setup.

IBM Security MaaS360 is used to manage our mobile device fleet of iPhone and iPad devices. It ties in with our DEP ( device enrolment plan ) and works as a one-stop MDM (mobile device management) system. It also allows us to see where all devices are and manage the Apple IDs of our users and we can also wipe out information from the device to help secure intellectual property. We can reset users screen lock passcodes and deploy apps to individual devices or to all devices in the fleet.

We use Maas360 to control mobile devices limiting their functions and deploying desired applications. If you provide a mobile device without a limit, the users can abuse the data plan and settings for the device.
