IBM QRadar SIEM helps users to remediate threats faster by prioritizing high-fidelity alerts to help catch threats.

QRadar analytics monitor threat intel, network and user behavior anomalies to prioritize where immediate attention and remediation is needed. When threat actors trigger multiple detection analytics, move across the network or change their behaviors, QRadar SIEM will track each tactic and technique being used. More important, it will correlate, track and identify related activities throughout a kill chain, with a single high-fidelity case, automatically prioritized for the user.

In my experience I have had cases in which they are not given the priority that I would expect, since perhaps they do not know the needs of the business, which is why sometimes I have had to wait a long time for attention. Other times they have not provided me with support and with documentation support I have found the solution on my own.
Yes, I have had cases in which I have received good attention, but I have also had more in which the response has been deficient.

It is very important to note that this technical support does manage to establish direct contact with the administrator of this software in a relatively short time, but considering my role in this software, I think that a good option may be to be active in the different discussions with its user community. That always uploads new updates of new technologies so that you are aware of new trends and functions.

The response time may vary according to the number of complexity of the problems to be solved, in simple situations such as to solve some integration of all IBM modules or to manage and analyze data from other sources or products, it may be achieved in less than an hour, but if your problem is much more complicated, it may take a few days to solve your problems.

While our team is using QRadar SIEM on the night shift, we are stuck and facing an issue related to offenses that are not receiving QRadar SIEM; we raised a complaint to support within 5 minutes. The customer support team connected with us and provided a resolution.

Yes, i am giving this rating because it has a dedicated customer support and community portal where we can raise the case and search for known issues as well. Support agents are effective in addressing queries and technical issues. They have a service level agreements also to resolve high severity issues on priority.

I found that skilled resources needed to be deployed in case management. Often, it was seen that simple cases were escalated from L1 to L2 and customers had faced delayed closures. When I analyzed the root cause, I was surprised to see the delay in addressing minor issues. Often, I found resources were eager to close cases to meet their internal SLAs.

We use IBM QRadar as an SIEM tool for the organization. We integrated with the soar tool and from there, we assign the alerts. In some cases, the alerts are not triggered properly. We raised a ticket with the IBM QRadar team to resolve the issue and after a few connects, the problem was resolved.

The support from IBM is another golden point for the product. Given the huge documentation available from IBM, the support is there 24/7 with a wide range of experts and teams that are specialized in various section of the product allowing IBM to provide cutting edge support and to solve even the most complicated and unusual problem.
