WebSphere Service Registry and Repository (discontinued) Technical Details
I have used WebSphere Service Registry (WSRR) for storing WSDLs and XSDs and to retrieve the endpoints for web services dynamically during service invocation to route the request accordingly. WSRR enabled us to change the endpoint without affecting consumers.
It is very well suitable for departments/applications which depend on the domain modeling. It is less suitable if you just want a place to store endpoints.
