iCIMS Talent Cloud is well-thought out with opportunities to manage candidates in process for larger organizations. It also partners well with job boards for ease in job posting. ADP WFN decreased our # of candidates unnecessarily because of the required login. BerniePortal is great and simple to use. Wonderful for small teams. Lever is built out with the ability to partner with other technologies that can improve sourcing capabilities.

The difference between iCIMS Talent Cloud and Salesforce is night and day. We were stuck in the stone age of applicant tracking and metrics. iCIMS has given us the freedom to do with our data as we see useful for us. We are also able to integrate to current HCM/HRIS very easily and effectively.

iCIMS and Munis actually are used together for our company in order to communicate together for better information. There are things that each does better than the other, but the platforms are geared in slightly different ways so those differences are expected. Using them together is definitely recommended for any company.

I believe compared to other software iCIMS is very easy to use. It is not complicated, user friendly, and system maintenance has never been an issue. The support desk is always available for assistance and training manual is very beneficial when using for new on site staff. Definitely a good investment for the organization.

Fully available automation, lesser bad data quality, more information is gathered at the time of applicant profile creation without having the need to ask for any follow ups or additional notifications. Integrates better with Oracle, Workday and SAP than other similar systems. Service tickets are resolved faster than other vendors we worked with.

Also back in the day, iCIMS Talent Cloud had most of the features we were looking for out of the box. Additionally, it offered better integration possibilities with our other applications used in our company for Human Capital Management.

We previously used monster/HR Smart as our talent solution. They did not enable us to brand different divisions within the same platform, so we had to purchase separate ATS systems for each division. This was less than ideal and prompted us to look for another provider. Jobvite—we met with several providers and narrowed down our choices to Jobvite or iCIMS. Both offered similar functionality, but, in the end, we decided to go with iCIMS.

We sought out other options 18 months ago because we were dissatisfied with the limitations of iCIMS. We opted for Phenom and have been pretty happy. It is definitely a significant upgrade to iCIMS alone.

Lever is more user friendly, more visual, and less reporting issues. iCIMS Talent Cloud is more configurable and able to grow more candidates in a faster fashion. Lever has better support than iCIMS, which is an overall win for anyone using it. Lever is also growing their product, and I haven't seen many changes in iCIMS.

We have used BrassRing in the past and I have used ADP Recruiting in the past. Both are limited in their configuration. Mostly because they do not allow company admins to adjust what we need. Everything was built as is or not available to us for access.

In my past job, I used PeopleSoft as both our ATS and HRIS. At my current employer, we use PeopleSoft as the HRIS and iCIMS Talent Cloud as the ATS. I greatly prefer the application management features of iCIMS Talent Cloud as well as the increased level of customization. However, there was a lot of setup and ongoing maintenance involved with that kind of platform. I know that's not everyone. For those who want a faster setup, simpler processes, or with more basic needs, you might consider other platforms.

iCIMS Talent Cloud is the only ATS I have used. I have seen demos of some other systems in the past, and they seemed to be set up in a more archaic manner. From the demos I have seen, I do think iCIMS is the most user-friendly system. It is just a stand-alone ATS system. It isn't a part of a whole HRIS suite that has different options to turn on (talent management for example).
