  • HTML rich emails.
  • Sorting duplicates.
  • Creating groups.
  • The HTML panel where one could cut and paste their code needs to be in a particular format that iContact platform can read. This panel should take any kind of HTML. It took a lot of editing with both the front-end and back-end before completing a project.
  • More templates.
  • Eliminate iContact branding in the footers.
  • I think the CRM software is very user friendly and I high recommend it for all businesses looking to provide their customer list with rich media products via email.
  • I have specifically enjoyed being able to get an actual real person over the phone on customer service when I would get stumped on something.
I think it's an awesome product and haven't found another one quite like it. I tried MailChimp once and it was a nightmare. We use Salesforce to organize our leads and we can easily upload them into groups of the iContact platform.
