Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Indeed Resume has allowed us to quickly create a shortlist of qualified candidates that we would like to pursue as viable options for employment. As stated in previous areas, the automation tools that Indeed Resume has allow us to have this generated for us with little to no effort (other than the upfront setup). With shortlist creation done semi-automatically, the recruiting cycle has been cut down to a short window. When we have an opening we can very quickly generate a list of qualified persons in addition to traditional job posting options.

It's very easy to screen out applicants, make notes (which really helps if they are a no-show for an interview) keep track of who we are interested in, so if a position becomes open, we can go back to see who we liked when we did the interview.

Has not impacted our ability all that much, I mean we definitely get a lot of candidates from Indeed from a nursing standpoint it is hit or miss on quality the amount of candidates that I get that live way too far away from the facilities is a bit ridiculous. I can report to my leadership that I have 100 new applicants in a week and then once I go through them all it drops to maybe 5 because they are all people that live way outside of reasonable distance from the facility due to the "as the crow flies" method that I believe is being used. If google maps or mapquest could be integrated that would definitely decrease false applicant flow for regions like Hampton Roads where there are a lot of bridges and tunnels.

It has. I have a greater list of qualified candidates. Recruiting seems to become easier and quicker in some cases for some markets. Some markets just aren't suitable for this feature, and that's when we struggle the most with the recruiting cycles and times to get quality candidates in the door.

Yes, Indeed has a great feature of creating projects and doesn't have a limit for the number of projects. We can add relevant candidates to a project and can reach out to them as per our own time which helps in creating an active pipeline. Indeed has greatly impacted our shortlisting process.

We can quickly create sourcing reports and reach out to candidates efficiently and have gotten a number of hires from this source. They have reports we can run to show conversions, reach outs, positive responses, negative responses, etc. So it is easy to see if this source is making a difference for us or not.

I'd say not at all. Again, if you'd like to ONLY use Indeed, this tool may be useful. I've found my organization relies on multiple avenues of advertising jobs, thus "creating shortlists of candidates" is useful on the Indeed platform, but it does not extend to other job posting sites. If you chose to ONLY use Indeed, this could increase your recruitment process efficiently and effectively, but if you advertise more than just on Indeed, this is just another step you have to take, thus slowing down the overall process.

We are in an industry that has a very high turnover rate so it is important to always be on the lookout for qualified candidates. Creating shortlists can be extremely helpful in situations like these. We refer to these lists often and it has definitely helped to hire new staff.
