Director of Nursing, Operations Directors, Administrators/Executive Directors, Clinical supervisors, care staff, and Medication Technicians. I have found that our qualified administrator/director staff have been found on Indeed. Positions that require more education seem to gather more applications on Indeed.

I do like the feature to hand pick candidates to invite to apply. I only wish that feature included information on if I'd already reached out to them.

Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk

Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants.

We had one experience that stands out to me the most. Through the Indeed Sponsored Jobs post we were able to find an amazing hygienist who now brings in as much revenue as some of our Dentists.

We have found the most success in hourly employees, so Servers, Hosts, and Bartenders. Back-of-house positions are more of a struggle to get applications and than to find applicants with previous experience. These positions would include line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, cashiers, or team members.

None that I can think of.

We have found quality candidates for several of our sports coaching positions. Whether that be basketball, soccer, track, etc. we were able to gain more applicants than a regular Indeed post. Differently, we are able to find candidates for our more "high level" positions like operations coordinator, managers, etc. Indeed Sponsored Jobs posts helps us find qualified candidates at all different levels.

Maintenance, Supervisory, and Warehousing

We have used Indeed Sponsored Jobs at all levels of the organization.

We were able to find our most recent warehouse manager through Indeed. Previous hires had been conducted through a headhunter at a considerable cost. While a headhunter is likely to be better suited to tap into the passive job market, we received quality applicants through Indeed and ended up selecting a candidate who applied through Indeed over multiple quality candidates that were provided by the headhunter.

We run a lot of retail positions, Indeed helps us find what we need in various cities across the country. At times, when we post our corporate jobs, they do equally as well or better as they are in more professional positions.

I had a few instances where I'm logged in and a resume comes in, I call the candidate immediately, the candidate tells me that they found another position with another company. How could that happen, I just got the candidate fresh from the press.

Always Hourly positions are an easy fill with Indeed Sponsored Jobs. But finding many hard-to-fill Salaried positions also get filled by Indeed Sponsored Jobs.

Yes, when in need of hiring over 100 entry-level positions, I've found that only needing one posting can result in over 500 applicants just over a weekend!
