We manage our large global advocacy program through Influitive. All acts of customer advocacy [are] managed through this program as well as any prospects that are looking to become engaged in our global advocacy program.
  • Maintains all point status for our advocates
  • Engages all advocates in a community that is truly based on their advocacy needs.
  • Creates a secure networking environment for advocates and prospects
  • Creativity! This gives advocacy a creative brand
  • Connection with CRM system and our reference program.
  • More out-of-the-box solutions. We are lucky that we have an amazing web and brand team but if you do not have access to that it can be hard to get your hub where it needs to be from a branding standard.
  • Better networking opportunities for managers of the program.
Influitive is a great platform that can help you manage 1,000+ advocates for your business. This helps you have direct access to your advocates and rewards them through the gamification process in the online portal. This platform helps [you] grow your community but it is worth using for a large [number] of advocates. It would be a bit overwhelming if you are starting from scratch with growing your advocate base.

Influitive is being used as one of the customer communities called FlashCrew Digital. It is being used by the marketing team but I am hoping to soon be working with the sales teams to leverage their input and goals as well soon.
  • Support their customers
  • Always available to answer questions and help with all issues that come up
  • Patient with the issues and help to resolve quickly!
  • Take into account when creating the road map to include our ideas such as the challenge digest - being more user-friendly when setting up/scheduling.
  • I use a vendor Sendoso and they have a help chat box that I feel would be very helpful for Influitive to implement as well rather than sending an email.
Influitive is a great company! I appreciate the staff and that they really listen to the customers and try to help us engage and enhance the experience on our hubs with our customers. I also really enjoy and find useful Influitive live, the webinars, and demos! Thank you :)

Influitive is an extraordinary, powerful tool. It is quite literally a tool that can be used to accomplish what appears to be an infinite amount of goals/tasks. My company's online community is built on the Influitive platform, we use the online community as a source for customer advocacy and a tool for amplifying our marketing content, as well as a centralized place where we can scout candidates for product feedback panels. My personal favorite use of the platform is in amplifying my company's marketing content: through Influitive's custom "challenges" we are able to encourage our members to easily (with one click) share reports, white papers, and other marketing collateral on their social channels. Our members are industry professionals, so to be able to put our marketing content in front of not only them, but their social followers is tremendous!
  • Providing sophisticated and detailed reports that track key metrics
  • Building and targeting custom audiences
  • Personalizing online community
  • Added support for integration with Instagram
Influitive is the go-to solution for companies looking to accomplish a variety of different objectives in one simple place. It particularly excels at providing creative ways to encourage customer advocacy and amplification of owned marketing content. its reporting capabilities are extensive and effective in keeping track of how significant the advocacy and amplification generated by the platform are.

Influitive is used by our marketing teams, but product and sales have the ability to request content and campaigns within the platform. Initially, Influitive was designed to act as a community for our faculty customers to connect with one another and with us. It promotes unpaid advocacy and lets us keep a pulse on customer sentiment and new thought leader hot topics. However, over time, we've grown the use cases of this platform to include pulling in prospective customers to learn more about our brand and products as well as a bonus addition to virtual events - giving people a place to come continue the conversation.
  • Regular updates and new features.
  • Customer support and regular engagement with CSMs.
  • Easy to use!
  • Discussion boards could be managed a bit better.
  • All of our recent requests have been taken care of in feature rollouts!
Influitive is well suited for building communities and for companies with customer groups that like to engage and continue using - it may be less suited for customers who have a one time purchase and do not continue using products.

We use Influitive primarily for customers, so that they can network, share best practices and learn both tactically (our products) and strategically (soft skill building, industry news, etc.). However, we also use the platform to drive employee engagement as well (incentives for Best Place to Work surveys, charitable fundraisers, engineering thought talks, etc.)

The level of personalization that Influitive offers is great--challenges can even be brought to 1:1--we've used this degree of personalization for specific big "asks" of customers, and it's worked really well. Given how many different challenges and channels can be created, customers get a wide variety of ways in which they can engage and interact.Influitive helps us identify promoters that might typically slip under the radar. It's enabled us to learn personal data points about specific customers that help us connect to them on a deeper level. Recruitment for high-value activities like joining our research group, doing a case study, or speaking with an analyst is much more streamlined thanks to Influitive.
  • Mass personalization of activity challenges, so that customers receive a curated experience.
  • Robust reporting features enable us to see what's working, and where there are areas for development and growth.
  • Lots of integrations: Salesforce, Marketo, Sendoso, Tangocard, Zapier and more.
  • CSMs are extremely knowledgeable and proactive. Special shoutout to Meaghan Shepherd--she's the best!
  • More "select all" functions, like "assign badge" to a group of people.
  • More targeting at the "notify" stage: there are quite a few activity challenges we'd like to be available to everyone, but only pushed to a subset of customers; and the only workaround now is to clone a challenge and have two sets of targets. It works, but is clunky and clutters up the screen space.
  • I'd love to see a crowdsourced challenge bank, where we can share and borrow content from other hubs.
Influitive is a true advocacy program for building communities as well as identifying and nurturing customer champions. To have it run at its optimal level, you need a full-time admin; ideally someone who is working cross-functionally in the company to get buy-in and content from different sources. It is not a "set it and forget it" kind of hub--you get out of it what you put into it, and to get it to work well, you need a constant wellspring of ideas, activities and creative ways to encourage customers to engage. Influitive does a great job at facilitating this engagement with numerous templates and pre-built campaigns, but if you want a really tailored experience for your customers, and specifically different personas within your customer base, you really need to create a lot of content yourself.

To use the discussion forums only as a source of crowdsourced tech support would not be using Influitive to its full capacity, and frankly if that is the primary purpose of your community, there are probably more suitable solutions out there. However, if you're looking to really identify, nurture and *reward* customer champions (this is key--you can't just bleed customers dry asking them to do things for your company, it's more important to GIVE value to them), Influitive is the best, hands down.

Our Customer Marketing team uses Influitive as a foundational layer of our overall customer advocacy program. It allows us to create a space to bring our "VIP" top customers together for networking, to connect more deeply with our company/brand, provide exclusive content and feature access, collect feedback, and also connect them with ways to participate in acts of advocacy (leave online reviews, act as a customer reference, provide testimonials, agree to be used in a case study, etc.).
  • The user interface is very easy and intuitive.
  • Our customers like the experience, it's a more interactive channel.
  • It's effective at connecting customers with advocacy opportunities - it works.
  • I wish it could be better integrated into our product experience and other resources available to customers - it feels more standalone.
  • CSMs are great but customer support quality can be pretty poor.
Influitive is effective as customer advocacy software. That seems to be their core strength and I think it's great for those use cases. It also has community functionality, which we leverage less - having this exist in a "VIP" space that customers have to enroll in is not really the experience we want and I think that component of it may be appealing to some but not all.

Our community is built on Influitive. It's our primary customer marketing platform through which we engage our existing and prospecting customers through educational and fun activities. The user forums are regularly used by our users to resolve their day-to-day technical challenges.
  • Community building and advocacy marketing.
  • Brilliant support for community managers.
  • Continuous improvement to the product based on user feedback.
  • The admin panel experience could be a little better.
  • User profile pages could be more interesting like we're used to seeing on our social media.
  • More customizable badges would be good to have.
The platform is sophisticated enough to cater to most of the customer advocacy and community-building needs. With the kind of effort the customer success managers put in and the agility with which technical support has been offered to me, Influitive has set a benchmark for what a Customer Advocacy Marketing platform should be like. Whether you're launching your new community or thinking about transitioning your existing one to a new platform, you will not go wrong with Influitive.

When I came to the organization we were already using Influitive to run our consumer ambassador community, but it didn't have much organization or really a true ROI. Since then. I have taken over the program and done some major upgrades to the user flow. Influitive has given our consumer "super-users" a place where they feel welcome to ask questions and express their love for Keeper. Since then we have launched a business ambassador community and now run a 2-tier program. Our users have given us the feedback that they love to complete challenges, hear company and product announcements first, and be a reference for us to new customers. I love Influitive because it makes it easy to collect reviews, share product updates, and make the users that have been with us for years and years feel special. Influitive is a platform where you can do all of that and more in one place.
  • Customer advocacy.
  • Build community.
  • Customer marketing.
  • Customer retention and upsell.
  • More customization of the hub.
Intuitive would be a great program if you're looking for a place to educate your customers and build advocacy. We've found that our customers love to redeem their challenge points for free products as well as swag. If your company could benefit from building true community around your products Influitive is a great platform for you. I especially have appreciated their dedicated customer support.

We used Influitive as our customer advocacy platform. It was primarily run by the Marketing team. We used it to engage with our customers and give them one area to find surveys, education, swag, help articles, etc. Overall, our business solution was looking to engage our customer community in a one-stop-shop.
  • The interface is easy to use.
  • Setting up campaigns was fairly easy.
  • There were always new features getting released.
  • Better integrations to other tools.
  • Duplicating existing campaigns is not super easy.
  • More personalization and customization for campaigns.
Influitive is great if you're looking for an easy, one stop shop to start a customer community. It offers ways for customers to engage with content in a fun, gamified way. The community discussion area was not as intricate as other platforms and we found that our customers barely used it.

We use the Influitive platform to create an online member community for our credit union. The online member community allows us to learn more about our credit union members, ask them what's working or isn't working, ask about new products or services we're considering and provide financial education resources. It's a fun way for members to interact with staff and be rewarded for providing feedback or learning about finances.
  • Easy to use digital community platform
  • Influitive offers a digital community for customers to learn about Influitive, provide feedback and help beta test new ideas to later be implemented into our own communities
  • Lot's of resources for customers to use to make their communities the best they can be
  • Quick response and resolution times on any technical support issues
  • Reporting continues to improve since I started using it but I still struggle at times with pulling the data I'm wanting to see (Influitive team is always willing and able to help me, I just wish I could figure it out on my own).
If you're looking to create a digital online community, Influitive is a great company to team up with. The branding and options to make the community look unique to your company [are] easy to implement and update as desired. Challenge and Campaign templates help when you need a little help being creative. Influitive is always listening and improving their software to make their customers' lives easier.

At Renaissance, we use Influitive to host our customer advocacy platform, Renaissance Royals. After vetting numerous vendors, an interdepartmental committee selected Influitive to host our hub. The purpose of the Royals program is to make personal connections with our customers while offering them information and resources about the Renaissance solutions they use. It also provides a safe and open environment where they can connect with us and other users. Our advocacy program sits in our Marketing department but we work with other teams across the organization including Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Research, UX, etc. Influitive addresses the business problem of providing an interactive platform for our customers to give us direct feedback, connect with other users, and get to know us on a personal level, all while learning and having fun.
  • Ease of use for the administrators and users.
  • Influitive customers are provided a dedicated Customer Success Manager to plan and improve their program, meeting on a monthly basis.
  • Continuous innovative improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Access to Influitive's executive leadership team
  • Keeping help files up to date based on the roll out of new features.
  • Campaigns available in the campaign library need to be better thought out and tell a story. Also need to be available 4-6 weeks prior to planned deployment.
  • Ability to upload files (PDF, Word Docs) directly into a challenge.
Influitive is suited for both large and small organizations. It is a safe environment (not on social media platforms) to engage with community members. You can choose to open membership to all interested parties or require a join code. It provides the framework and customer success support for onboarding, implementation, and growth. They provide professional learning opportunities to learn from the Influitive team and other community leaders. The reporting capabilities are robust and you can easily see what strategies are working and which ones need adjustments. In short, Influitive provides a safe, nurturing, fun platform to engage with your customers.

Influitive is the customer advocacy application I use to manage customer advocacy at Sage Intacct. I use it to support the "voice of the customer" needs of my company. I regularly create "challenges" that are designed to identify customers that are willing to participate in a wide range of opportunities like speaking on a webinar, to an analyst, participating in a case study or video testimonial, sharing a tweet, or a post on LinkedIn. Previously, this was not managed using a dedicated software application. It was being tracked on a spreadsheet or not tracked at all. Now we have much greater visibility into who our advocates are. Influitive also has the functionality to easily recruit customers to join our advocacy program. You can assign a value to the challenges so that you can track the ROI of a given customer's activities. Influitive is primarily used by our marketing department, but other parts of the organization are aware of our advocacy hub and will reach out to me to help support their initiative by creating challenges. You can direct challenges to certain customer groups. Influitive also harnesses Looker for backend reporting. Customers love being in the program and frequently reach out to me to express their satisfaction.
  • Provide a platform for activating customers to act as advocates
  • Prebuilt challenges help to keep the hub fresh
  • Training and classes
  • Innovative and useful advances to the platform
  • Thought leadership material help keep users aware of advances in the Customer Advocacy space
  • It takes a while to build a relationship with Customer Success Managers. I've gone through 5 or 6 CSMs in a little under 4 years. It would be good for Influitive to work out a system whereby you have the same CSM for at least two years.
  • Make it easier for customers to join your hub.
  • Built in process to better support the customer advocacy lifecycle journey
  • Include training in your initial contract
  • Influitive works EST hours. Can be tricky scheduling when you're West Coast
Influitive is the perfect solution if you're the right-sized company and you have the right-sized install base. In my opinion, It's not ideal for small businesses or for startups. Your company has to have adopted a customer-centric mindset and you need teams across the organization to have bought into the idea that customers should be front and center in everything they do. Managing your Influitive hub is not a part-time job. You need to have at least one dedicated resource that's devoted to recruiting, creating challenges, meeting with other parts of the business that can take advantage of leveraging the customers in the hub. Scenarios, where Influitive is ideal, are when you're looking to ramp up your customer content. Activities like identifying customers to speak on webinars, participating in a case study or video testimonial, joining a beta program or giving product feedback, writing a review on sites like TrustRadius, etc. are where Influitive is ideal. I've used my Influitive hub to create 'channels' that allow you to create a series of challenges that are all focused on a specific topic or product, which has made managing the challenges a lot easier. I've even used my Influitive hub to create challenges directed at customers that have registered for our annual customer conference. The challenges can be as interactive as you'd like. Think of the choose your own adventure books. Challenges can be the same. Depending on how a customer responds to a challenge, different challenge avenues open up to them. It's a lot of fun to manage and a lot of fun for our customers to participate in.

Influitive is used as our Customer Community platform to give customers a platform to engage and learn from each other and get rewarded for their efforts. We also use Influitive's platform to fulfill references, provide opportunities to share social content, peer reviews, and provide product and company education.
  • Provides a simple user interface for customers to engage in discussions
  • Provides platform for rewarding customers for engagement
  • Influitive provides a strong administration and management platform to manage all activities and challenges.
  • Provides strong reporting on engagement and rewards redemption
  • Excellent Customer Success Manager to help us grow and provide the best platform for our customers.
  • The discussions board could be better organized by topic or at least provide customers the option to customize how to structure it.
  • Reference Automation tool is limited and still elementary in nature compared to its competitors.
Influitive provides an excellent platform for our customers to get to know each other and drive their own discussions and engagement while getting rewarded. Our company uses Influitive in marketing, mostly. Other departments have extreme trouble finding the time to participate regularly. In theory, it's supposed to resolve the gap between us and our customers by receiving their feedback and answering their questions. At the moment it does not seem to [fully] address this goal.
  • They have someone who regularly meets with our team to help with what we need.
  • Their own platform is a good example of how to use the product.
  • Influitive's support team is usually quick to answer ticket requests.
  • The discussion forum is a bit choppy and not intuitive.
  • Many customers and employees find it hard to use or know where to start.
  • Time-consuming to set up and our platform did not work well with our customer base overall.
  • Does not integrate with our CRM platform. (Zoho)
I think Influitive is best suited for companies with A) particularly involved and happy customers, and B) a team of invested employees to represent the different departments within the organization. Our company's customers were given access to this platform when we were in a transition period (lots of changes, not too happy about them), so they were not as likely to put the time into our advocacy platform.

We used Influitive to power our Allstars program, which is an online community for developers. We have used Influitive for several advocacy activities such as hackathons, beta testing, corporate promotion program. We especially liked their marketplace integration, such as OAuth and Tango Card. Our developers are located in different parts of the world. Tango Card + Influitive has saved lots of time for us in terms of processing rewards to our developers in the community. Our developers are now the backbones of our community and support each other. Influitive's support team has been great as well. They have helped us in terms of authentication update and web security update for the portal.
  • Customer Support
  • Third Party Marketplace
  • Simplicity
  • Web platform stability
  • More flexibility on Admin's control over different challenges
  • Remote event support and features
It is a good platform for customer advocacy. It has a points system and rewards redemption system that can power this purpose. Although the platform is easy to use, I think it may need some guidance in managing the platform in terms of points worth recommendation and other areas. Also, the engagement flow seems a little singular as well. It mostly feels like the audience answer questions, admin approves questions. It is also an extra effort for the admin to review and approve engagement if the engagement is with the external website or platform.

We use Influitive as part of our client marketing outreach. We primarily use the tool to help with nurturing our current clients, but we are about to try it for prospective clients as well. We see the platform as a place to help us with both our client retention goals and revenue goals with upselling.
  • Engaging consumers
  • Providing support
  • Generating consumer-created content
  • Their reporting is difficult to use. It is not intuitive and isn't always accurate.
  • There are some application limitations as far really being able to make it customizable. For instance, allowing different kinds of uploads like video. content formatting, point allocation.
  • The campaigns and challenges can be repetitive in the sense of what they are asking for. I would like to see more out of the box thinking.
Influitive is a great platform to engage with current customers. It is very helpful in building relationships and nurturing throughout the customer lifecycle. It can really be developed into the go-to place for customer-created resources such as references, feedback, social activity, case studies, and more. There are definitely some areas where the tool can be improved, but Influitive is very open to feedback and ask for it pretty regularly. It's nice to see that they put their customers first.

We use Influitive to communicate with our customers. We upload challenges based on new partner launches, new product releases, educational webinars, as well as sharing industry news and blog posts. Our goal is to serve as a resource/educational hub for all of our customers, and allow them to network and chat amongst themselves to better understand our product and build hospitality relationships. It's been a helpful tool for us to date.
  • Reporting - I appreciate that I can see which users are doing well, which challenge topics to perform well, and where we have room for improvement.
  • Knowledge Base - This is a great place for us to consolidate all of our educational tools (our University, webinars, e-books, and resources), so our customers have one place to go to find what they need.
  • Templates - there is a good variety of templates available that allow us to brainstorm new and creative ways to engage with our customers
  • Networking - they do a great job of hosting events, as well as introducing us to like-users to help us continue to improve
  • In-App webinars - hosting webinars within the platform would be a great tool
  • ChurnZero - I think this may be in the works, but a partnership with churnzero so we can better onboard/communicate with our customers
  • New Window, being able to click and open content and have it open into a new window instead of over the current window. There may be a workaround on this that I'm just unaware of though
We have a lot of educational resources in many places, between our blog, TSU, Vimeo webinars, youtube, etc. Influitive has given us the ability to consolidate all of our educational resources into one place making it easy for our users to find the content that they need. Also, being able to engage with our customers and get to know them. Asking them questions about the type of content that they want to see that would be useful. It's a good way for us to create a content calendar with information we know our customers want to see. Lastly, helping with our product. Creating challenges where we ask our customers what changes they would like to see with our platform. So we know we're making improvements based on what our current customers need!

Influitive is a great interactive platform to engage with your customers and convert them into advocates. It provides a varied range of personalization options and amazing templates to start a customer loyalty program. The customer support is great and provides prompt assistance. Influitive has helped us in building an engaged community that drives surveys, webinars, events, references, referrals, reviews, and more fun activities to keep the customers engaged even on social media platforms. It is handled by [the] marketing department but is a reliable source for various stakeholders where they need customer insights.
  • Interactive
  • User and Admin Friendly
  • New features
  • Mobile App for admin and user.
  • The only drawback I see is they aren't able to hold the new updates for long and it creates a lot of issues with the hub, but these are resolved quickly and the good part is they're bringing something new frequently!

Our org[anization] uses Influitive to form & manage our advocate community and invite them to participate in reference requests from the marketing department. Though Influitive is only used by our marketing department, we partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Demand Gen to either show results / progress, or determine what should be a part of our community. For us, Influitive solves the question, "how can we properly make sure our customers receive value beyond our products and get more of a relationship with our company?"
  • Customer support - we love our CSM! And we would have been totally lost and sad without their onboarding team - can't recommend the onboarding package enough!
  • Their own community is a fantastic resource - great to learn from other community managers and hear directly from the Influitive team.
  • Honestly, the amount of segmentation possible is astounding, and something we can't achieve in our own corporate emails. It's amazing to be able to get so granular in challenge settings, how you can create audiences, and even email digests are customizable.
  • Sometimes bugs take a while to fix, which can be frustrating.
Influitive is an amazing tool to launch a customer community. It has really helped us with defining the journey we want involved and engaged customers to take, and has helped us nurture advocates who otherwise definitely would have fallen through the cracks. Unless you are getting some major commitment from your sales team, I think it would be pretty difficult (if not impossible) [from my experience] to use only Influitive to organically identify new advocates - we've had much more success with inviting likely advocate candidates into the portal (NPS promoters, recent event attendees, etc.) and nurturing them towards advocacy once they have joined.

We use Influitive as the platform to power our customer advocacy program. It sits in our Center of Excellence, which spans all lines of business and global locations. The platform allows us to engage with, nurture, and mobilize our customers at scale. With Influitive, we are able to drive our customers to advocate on behalf of the company through case studies, testimonials, speaking engagements, referrals, and references while giving back to the customers through rewards, personal and professional advancements, and networking.
  • Support and Customer Success teams are ever ready to help.
  • The platform is intuitive and easy to use.
  • The development team is always open to feedback and coming up with the features that we've requested.
  • I believe the platform is relatively "young," so lots of room for functionality improvements.
Influitive is great for advocacy programs, more B2B and less B2C.

We have been using Influitive to manage the customer advocacy community for 3 years, through the Customer Marketing Team strategy. Our main objective is to improve our relationship with customers and achieve advocacy acts.

I highly recommend Influitive for Saas companies, with technology user personas. I believe it doesn't work so well for companies that have users who are not used to technology.

Influitive AdvocateHub is being used at my organization by only me. I use it to manage the Blackbaud Champions application. The application is used as a reference to articles, interaction with other users and discussion boards. AdvocateHub's application can be used on the go, which is quite convenient. I recommend other Blackbaud users to download the app and try it themselves.
  • Easy to operate
  • Organized
  • Simple to respond
  • Ability to have more than one window open would be beneficial.
  • Authentication login (like with a pin) rather than username and password. It could be saved on a password keychain.
Influitive AdvocateHub is well suited for challenges, quick activity, and brief responses. It is easily accessible while on the go and is useful for quick read articles. Interaction with other users make Influitive AdvocateHub a good application. I recommend other organizations, outside of Blackbaud, to use Influitive AdvocateHub for their communication activities with a group or membership.

Influitive is being used solely by me, but I occasionally post content to satisfy requests from other members of the marketing team. For example, the event manager on our team may need feedback from attendees about their experience and the types of content/events they prefer. Posting a survey to Influitive is far more successful than sending it out via email because your clients and encouraged by receiving points for their input. The instant gratification (even if it's just a few reward points) is more enticing than a "chance" to win a gift card or any of the other tactics marketers often use. The feedback is also more useful because the clients who are members of your loyalty program on Influitive have the most experience using your products or services. This has helped us improve client engagement tremendously.
  • I love how Influitive has everything set up to create incentives for your clients to engage with the company. Most companies have to build their own rewards programs - this is already built for you so all you have to do is post.
  • I like how easy it is to use Influitive. Of course, there are things that you'll have to learn about the platform in order to use it, but it feels very similar to social media which helps you to pick up the platform and its features very quickly.
  • It's very helpful that you have a coach when you purchase Influitive. There's always a new feature on Influitive and your coach is there to teach you or answer questions about all of them.
  • The integrations available for Influitive enable a lot of the process to be automated. One of the integrations I use the most is Tango Card, which automatically sends an electronic gift card to clients when they redeem any gift card.
  • The system doesn't limit what types of rewards you can offer. We've been able to post our company "swag" as a reward so, our logo is seen on our clients' mugs, polo shirts, pens, and more.
  • The onboarding process is a little difficult if you are not the first person to use Influitive at your organization. I don't think you're given as much attention as the person who initially started using the platform when it was first purchased, which forces you to teach yourself.
  • The platform allows users to earn badges, but I don't understand what is required to receive these badges. I wish there was a way to customize the requirements for each badge.
Influitive is great for getting clients engaged and not just online. I also use Influitive to engage clients at conferences and events. The call-to-action for each activity can literally be anything from following your company's social media accounts to uploading a photo or video. A large part of the platform is also dedicated to generating leads, which helps us meet sales goals. However, even though you can do a lot to get referrals (new clients) to the company, I find it difficult to create referrals for current clients to join this platform. It's a very manual process.

I'm an end user of the AdvocateHub. It is utilized by Ceridian to administer it's XOXO Customer Success program. It is a wonderful application to help organize opportunities to share and network with fellow clients as well as earn credit (in the form of points). As an end user, you're in control of your participation level and can choose which activities you'd like to entertain.
  • Visually, the user interface is very appealing. It's very easy to navigate.
  • There's a mobile app that links with the application for those of us on the move.
  • I would like to see and endless scroll feature on the challenge pages, so you don't have to click 'Show More..." so often.
AdvocateHub is perfect for companies that want to organize their advocacy programs. Having one place to go to in order to see opportunities, is much better than several individual emails. I imagine it's also much better for the administrators of the program as well. The gamification of the site is well-done and in competitive environments, it's a perfect fit.
