Good product for a happy customer base
Facebook was very limited in how we were able to track customer suggestions, questions, and feedback. Influitive has ways you can measure your data that really tells us how we are doing with our customers.

A must for launching and keeping track of customer communities
Influitive was really the only tool we evaluated that fit our goal (community that leads to more advocacy activities) for the number of customers and time commitment from other internal orgs that we could obtain (not much, and... not much). Influitive is great because while it can certainly thrive with all org[anization]s paying attention to and leveraging the tool, it will also thrive with a smaller part of an org[anization] acting as its pilot.

Increasing advocacy with Influitive
The most important thing about being with Influitive is the contact with other companies that work with customer advocacy. Compared to Brazilian solutions, Influitive is more robust.

Influitive AdvocateHub is Easy to Use
Influitive is the best solution, followed by HubSpot. Of course Influitive interacts with HubSpot making it the most versatile program to utilize. Other features that are beneficial are the advocacy and community components. And the opportunity to manage events is fantastic. I have used all of these features and they are easy and prove to be productive.

I felt Influitive offered a more complete package, with a strong roadmap. This was the top option for a one stop shop, that would allow me to truly build a solid foundation for a thriving program. It has not let me down, and I am still pleased that this was the vendor I cheered for in the RFP process.

We went with Influitive AdvocateHub as it really checked the majority of our requirements list. And if there are things that we need, they are always willing to help us work through work arounds and solutions. I find them reliable and extremely professional and knowledgeable. The competitors are as well - but the user network is really top notch so you're covered in the entire ecosystem.

AdvocateHub makes customer engagement simple and meaningful
We haven't used any other similar programs (are there any?), but we were previously managing our advocate program manually. That was a huge effort and pulling metrics was difficult if even possible. Every outreach was a significant effort and it was getting more and more difficult for us to engage with our growing number of advocates.

We've never used another platform, but were strongly influenced by the best-in-class brands that use AdvocateHub (e.g., Oracle Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua). These are companies we aspire to be like, so that was a huge factor for us.

We evaluated a few vendors that shared the "gamified" strategy of the AdvocateHub. Influitive's software was the most clean out of all of them. It was so well put together and presented to us with confidence. They are experts in what they are doing and they truly take care of their customers.
