I evaluated nearly 10 different competitors, and AdvocateHub/Influitive was far and wide the best choice, hands down. A bit pricey, but, worth it. We chose them for the fact that they are industry standard, customer support was amazing, analytics and reporting was robust, they're willing to work with you, among many, many other decisions.

VoiceStorm is tool that we use for employee advocacy so that employees can share our content we have easily via social media. Employees can be an advocate for our brand. However, AdvocateHub is far better in the features that it has and we chose AdvocateHub instead because it not only has social media factors for activities you create, members can share your content on social media, but they can do so many other things. You create your hub based on your objectives and goals, not just social.

AdvocateHub is pretty much in a class of its own. We struggled to find true competitors offering the breadth and depth available through AdvocateHub. The only other option is to piece together components from other companies and that would be a total nightmare. Plus, the ability to integrate AdvocateHub with Salesforce and HubSpot made this an easy decision.

We did our due diligence here, but AdvocateHub really won out on all fronts. Between the usability, all the capabilities, and the customer support included-- it was an easy one to go with and we have had no regrets since unrolling it. I honestly couldn't find a competitor that stacked up to AdvocateHub, apples to apples. Everything else I saw either had one component (focus on referrals) or focus on just the community. AdvocateHub brings all those experiences together (with a community, activities, and rewards). It's an amazing way to build your own army of your best customers, partners and/or employees.

I haven't fully investigated any other tools besides AdvocateHub b/c the first time I deployed it at my last company (I've deployed at two different companies), we had great results. I have heard of companies like Bunchball and Zuberance but haven't engaged with them much. I think you have to see what works best for your organization, but I will say that the customer care and experience with AdvocateHub has been so positive for me that I haven't wanted to look elsewhere.

Both have their pros and cons. I would say Boulder Logic is more centered around SFDC whereas Advocate Hub pulls data from SFDC but it's much more customer facing.

We actually use badge vile in another part of the company. It did not work for what I needed. The tool we use required no development on our side. No maintenance of the code. Very easy to change things on the fly

None. Influtive AdvocateHub was one-of-a-kind for us and the platform and team at Influitive has exceeded our expectations. They are the leaders in advocate marketing not only in having a great platform, but also in being a committed thought leader in the space that constantly is providing content to better improve your customer marketing efforts. Kudos to Influitive for being a well rounded company that cares about their customers and their customer's success.

I am not aware of any alternatives to AdvocateHub, at least, not platforms which provide for this full gamification experience. There are online communities available, things like LinkedIn, etc., but these operate on a different level than the Hub. AdvocateHub provides more of a springboard to other communities, where introduced challenges can encourage your customers to participate.
