Great for scaling existing advocacy programs (esp in B2B/SaaS)
We use Influitive to help scale our current advocacy program. We're typically fielding requests throughout the organization for customer participation (i.e. case studies, quotes, reviews, feedback, etc.). Influitive helps us do this at scale with our engaged pre-set advocates list. We recently turned on the Community functionality as well so that we can encourage conversation not only between advocates - but also between EEs and advocates (i.e. Product Marketing managers) on new feature feedback.

- Easy gifting/rewarding redemption from w/in the platform (w/Tango Card)
- Engagement is critical for the advocacy program, and always having to post challenges can amount to 50% of a persons job. Would be great if there were more engagement features that didn't require challenge postings.
- Homepage/UI is a little confusing when the community is added - less real estate going to the challenges
- Would love to see more slack like functionality to encourage real time convos (vs. just the messaging)

We are the first company in our industry to launch a gamified digital community for our customers. My company was looking to educate, engage and inspire our customer base to be active in activities like share best practices and industry insights. Having a marketing tool like Influitive was able to take a basic concept of onboarding customer and educating them to a more fun, engaged level of participation. We are able to see the customer journey through a different lens.
- Instant gratification alert: what normally took months or still pending answers to big asks, sometimes happens in less than an hour or in real time.
- The software itself is user friendly and visually appealing. Being a past customer, I have only seen it get better and better from 5 years ago.
- The customer service at Influitive is a 5 star experience. Every moving part is a positive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Meaghan, Dylan, Diana and Brent are the best and I couldn't have done this without them!
- I wish I had some, but honestly I don't right now. When you are a happy customer, its hard to come up with something.

Fun and engaging space for your advocates
We use Influitive for our advocate hub. This allows us to give visibility to our advocates for all the activities they do for us. Before Influitive, we had no way for our advocates to self-service and track how many points and what activity they were doing for us. It also helped bring a sense of community to our advocates. This is a platform where they control how much they engage with us and their peers.

Great Customer Advocacy Platform
We use Influitive to support our customer loyalty program and various business goals. Its gamification features, targeting options, and rewards section help us to deliver results and promote various marketing collaterals. The flexibility to customize the hub as per our branding also ensures the look and feel of our company values. It has definitely helped us to engage our clients and deliver an exceptional experience to them. The scope of using this product is endless with its gamification and reporting features. I would highly recommend this product to someone who is looking to cater to their customer marketing initiatives.

Easily integrated customer advocacy platform
We use Influitive for our customer advocacy program. We were going to start a program & platform from scratch, however, after seeing Influitive, realized there was no way we could do it without a platform like this.
- Onboarding/implementation/customer success - we have had so much help in launching our program and finding success with it!
- Intuitive platform - easy to navigate & understand, good documentation
- Amazing integrations with common things like Salesforce, Discourse, and more
- Accessibility could be improved - would love to see room for things like alt text and other accessibility measures that can be taken
- Some of the interface is a little clunky and I wish there was a way you could do things easier - example: I wish I could duplicate rewards and change one or two things instead of starting the process over

We use Influitive to communicate with our advocates including engaging and nurturing them through contents that we deliver through our multi-channels. Our hub is organized using the multi-channel method provided by Influitive which enabled us to maximize engagement, deepen customer education, and drive key program objectives. This offers our advocates a better user experience by easily finding content that’s interesting to them, through our feedback we have also discovered that our advocates appreciate such a feature as well.

Influitive will be your new best friend!
Marketing manages Influitive, but our Customer Success and Product teams are also highly involved. We use Influitive to help drive engagement among our customer base, identify referenceable customers for marketing opportunities such as case studies or speaking engagements, generate reviews on B2B software review websites to help boost our brand reputation, generate quotes and testimonials, and gather product feedback to help inform our roadmap. We also love the discussion feature, as this really helps our customers stay connected, share best practices, and network. There are SO many use cases for Influitive, and it has been an invaluable tool for our organization.

Our company was looking for a customer advocacy platform five years ago. A selection committee researched and reviewed many options. In the end, Influitive was selected as our vendor for our Renaissance Royals community. The purpose of our community is to make personal connections with our users (educators), provide them with information and resources about their products, and provide a venue for our users to connect with us and other educators. It is hosted by the Marketing department, but we work with other teams across the organization including Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Research, UX, and more. The business problem the Influitive platform addresses are that it allows us an easy way to connect with our educators, a channel for educators to provide direct feedback and connect with other educators, and it enables us to make the content fun and educational at the same time.

We run our advocacy community here. It is a great tool when you have an awesome product that helps to organize all of the customer marketing initiatives. The platform helps to keep our advocates happy and engaged.

Great for gamification but could use a face lift.
Our Influitive hub is called “CommUnity” and it allows us to gamify the customer experience. The intent is to connect customers with other like-minded professionals who are passionate about Human Insight.

A software solution to support advocacy communities
Influitive is the home of our organization's customer advocacy program. It allows us to easily pass valuable information to our advocates while also having the opportunity to collect feedback. The Influitive software, as a whole, gives us the chance to provide a uniquely elevated experience to our most passionate and dedicated customers who want to be closer to our org, as well as to each other.
- It gives us the opportunity to share valuable content with our users. (e.g. first looks at e-books, white papers, announcements of webinars, etc.)
- It allows us to easily collect feedback and insights from our community members through a variety of activity types.
- It makes it simple for us to reward our customers for helping each other, and our org, through a rewards store that easily connects to an outside vendor.
- Requests for product improvements can take time, leaving managers wondering if they'll ever be implemented.
- Influitive doesn't always take the recommendations of their customers when it comes to implementing Community best practices among their own customer base.
- I'd love to start seeing Influitive connect their customers to each other!
- I don't get as many surprise-and-delight moments from Influitive as I do from other vendors.

We use Influitive to gather customer advocates in a space that allows us to share information, request specific actions for them to perform on our behalf, and reward them for taking the time to do such actions (reference calls, online reviews, case studies).

- Provides a well-designed interface that is easy to navigate
- Includes integrations with multiple other providers
- While they offer online support, some of the questions I have searched have not provided as much detail as I hoped or a suitable match. The items that do produce a result are quite well laid out, though.
- More frequent updates and suggestions for new challenges would be helpful, especially those that are simple and for general use.
Influitive is used to manage our customer advocacy program as part of our overall Marketing line of business. We use Influitive to support the platform in which our advocates can interact with each other. We also use it to track referenceable activities for our customers.

Influitive ROCKS!
Influitive is used in my organization as a way for customers to engage with one another. It is also a way for the customers to stay in the know of all things related to the products and company.
- Customer Support-it doesn't matter how urgent the request is, support is always there to help ease my mind with a couple of different ways to solve the issue.
- CSM-I have worked with multiple CSMs and they have all been very helpful and patient. They listen to my questions and requests and help me strategize ways to increase engagement in the community.
- Templated Challenges- I have relied on this feature to help with fun challenges for the advocates. Though I do wish there were some more new ones. I have noticed that most of them are the same as of 3 yrs ago.
- Challenge Digest- I would really like to have the digest have a little more functionality. Such as being able to move around the challenges, maybe move them to the top rather than the bottom.
- The challenge image/the channel image- This is a feature I would really like to have more user-friendly, especially the crop feature. This feature is not very easy to use, so I have to go to another platform to re-size it. It would be so much easier if I could do this all within Influitive.
- Sign In Page Profile Fields- I would like to be able to easily rearrange the fields rather than needing to reach out to support so that they can update on their end. While I appreciate that they can do this, it would be easier and faster if I could have the ability to do it myself.
- Support-is AMAZING! But it would be great if they were more ways that an admin could be able to tweak certain pages rather than waiting till the engineering has time to update. I work on a tight timeline and it's hard to go back to the stakeholders and inform them that what they want can't be handled right away. Again I completely understand that other companies also have urgent requests, but if the admin had more capabilities then we wouldn't have to go to support as much.

We use Influitive to manage our day-to-day online community of just shy of 100k users. This helps us to provide daily connection and interaction experiences, as well as to act as a hub for discussions, updates, and resources. We have client-specific as well as organization-wide categories and rely on gamification techniques such as badges, levels, point structures, and store rewards to increase excitement and improve engagement.

We selected Influtive to mature and centralize our client community and advocacy initiatives. We needed a better way to regularly engage with customers beyond email and connect our product team with our users. Influitive provides us a place and space to nurture and interact with our brand fans.
