Litmus and Infor offer on-demand training in both pre-recorded and virtual environments. Infor's devotion to content that we didn't have to develop, which Litmus lacked, impressed us. It had all of the features and functionalities that the company needed to have an effective learning in-house capability and stay in compliance with regulations.

As our organization was already using Infor ERP Product for its ERP system, we were comfortable using their LMS product as well. It provided all the features and functionalities that the organization was looking for to have an effective learning in-house capabilities and to meet its regulatory compliance.
Infor Learning Management was selected because the organization owned other Lawson/Infor products and we were concerned about the integration. Ease of integration was a primary selection criteria. The price was also better given the products we already owned.

I believe the main reason Certpoint was selected as our LMS vendor was because they charge by user license, which includes access to the eLearning environment, the Administrator Software plus the Content Creator (CC) tool, where courses are developed. Having the Content Creator tool, developers don't need to buy another license from a third company to develop courses.
