a very robust tool
Our e-commerce platform uses P360 to create and maintain hundreds of "micro-stores" for our customers. P360 can handle multiple different stores with separate inventory and allows us to provide a curated experience for our customers.
- Allows you to implement detailed business rules to apply to your data.
- PIM is well integrated and has excellent workflow capabilities.
- The user interface can be made more friendly for the business user.
- Lots of detailed screens for the developer interface. This makes it sometimes difficult to find options.

Using Informatica MDM - Product 360 we are able to solve Product Data Challenged very effectively across the Organization. It is probably the only feature-rich software which has all modules right on the home screen. One of the best features is the Customer Onboarding module which makes adding a new customer very easy with all the Data points automatically retrieved.

A data rich management platform
We were using Informatica MDM Product 360 to create use cases based on different data integration projects. As creating a single coherent system to manage all the organizational data is challenging, Informatica MDM is an easy to use, user-friendly platform to manage data effectively and conveniently and ensure that data is reliable.

- Solutions to critical problem statements.
- Provides various source of information.
- Learning curve is steep
- Complicated to handle for functional consultants.
- Improvement needed in interdependency with integration.
Large amounts of information are captured, generally structured, at the moment, for purely analytical purposes, where precision or a high level of quality is not an essential requirement. We use the management of several repositories in wholesale banking creating a "Golden Data" that could be used by all the bank's branches and offices in the world. Also, we try to use an Enterprise Data Governance framework. Not work properly.
- The central console is quite intuitive and easy to use.
- Middleware connectivity is integrated in a correct way, from external applications (Using SIP API) or internal apps.
- The loading time is not fast enough when we talk about a lot of data.
- The validation rules contribute to slow down the processes in the created repositories.
We are a Subscription-based market intelligence essential data enterprise with a huge product catalog and does have a huge subscriber base which we manage through cross-platform Subscriber management systems like Zuora, Vertex, Salesforce, and other Order to Cash as well as subscription management tools. Thus we require mastering data from multiple sources as well as applying business customization on a need basis. This is the best in the business tool and integrates well with other ETL tools which makes our business efficient.
