Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Keap, compared to Mailchimp, AWeber, and SendFox, is a complete solution. The latter 3 are primarily for email and don't have the same flexibility by themselves for a campaign or email automation. Keap, compared to Typeform, is similar, but Typeform does form building better. There are more options for customization in Typeform.

When choosing which CRM was right for our business, we looked at ActiveCampaign and Keap, as they are both greeat with automation campaigns. We decided that Keap was a better fit for our business, because Keap has a business phone line and native texting. Being able to accept payments was another factor.

Keap is fast. The learning curve is shorter and they have an academy for learning with videos quite extensive that explain a lot of different scenarios, specially when you need to customize scenarios of automations and segments. Is cheaper if you consider that this services CRM + Mailing don´t come often in one package and the realiability to send mails is quite good.

Systeme IO is a great software with a much lower cost, but it isn't nearly as robust and it doesn't meet HIPAA standards which are essential to our business.

Go High Level on the other hand is a powerful software that is limited by design and oversimplified. It really just cuts the legs out from under the business in an effort to sell white labels and avoid asking users to invest in themselves.

We've tried several other automation and CRM platforms as well but none of them offer as much functionality as Keap and ultimately we would be spending way more time and money to make the multitude of services work together the way we need than we are going all in on Keap.

Keap offers more power with automation, segmentation, CRM capabilities, e-commerce, affiliates, and sales pipeline. I selected Keap as it is an all-in-one system that offers much more functionality than I would have gotten from other systems.

Keap has better automation workflows and advanced campaign capabilities. I also find it easy to get my questions answered when I need help. The multiple integrations available also make it easy for me to continue to use other systems that I need in conjunction with KEAP.

As a past Active Campaign and Constant Contact partner, I can say that the marketing automation and end results are far better in the Keap Software. I have used many other email platforms with clients over the years and this is the only one I want to run my business on to date.

Hubspot has a $0 option which is appealing to someone just starting out but like all free products, it lacks many of the features you really need to grow your business. As a hardcore marketer, I was really disappointed by Hubspot's lack of flexibility and inability to branch campaigns without buying a VERY expensive version. It has it's place but for a small business, Keap is a far better option and it is significantly less money.

I find Keap much easier to use and customize. I understand why businesses move to Salesforce when they have certain needs, but for smaller businesses and those who have less complex needs, Keap is a true game changer in growing their business. Additionally, Keap has a number of features built-in that need 3rd-party add-ons to get in Salesforce. For myself & my clients, this makes Keap the better solution.

Keap is much more affordable than HubSpot, and while it perhaps does not provide quite as much detail, you can get all the detail you really need for a small to medium-sized business with Keap. It provides so many more options as a CRM than Constant Contact or Mailchimp did when I last used them.

Nimble has no automation. ActiveCampaign has no pipeline management. Marketo and HubSpot are good but too expensive.

HighLevel has a learning curve as well but it is way easier to get started than keap. It's definitely a Keap competitor and depending on business size, HighLevel can be a better alternative as compared to Keap on both a cost and application standpoint.

Out of all the products we use I feel like Keap is the most feature-rich and most robust with the most tools out of the gate which allowed us to customize our campaigns more than ever, this also came with added difficulty in using keap which is something most businesses need to keep in mind if considering Keap.

The only one that even comes close would be ONTRAPORT, as none of the others do everything in terms of CRM, e-commerce, affiliate, autoresponder, etc. I chose Infusionsoft since I already knew and trusted them through use with another business.

Keap is an all-in-one platform for sending bulk emails, managing contacts, tasks management, creating workflows in email marketing, actions-based tasks, creating task reminders, managing tasks with team members, and better reporting with the analytics used in Keap. The landing pages are a unique feature, and text messages added quality to the work.

Outlook is great for those we contact every day for more decisive purposes, but not for marketing and specials we have. It is a more professional look to the market to our consumers and a great way to let our contacts know when we will be attending a trade show or offering new testing.
