I was having a problem with importing a database. The database import was larger than the plan allowance. I reached out to support. They offered to upgrade the plan for a few days so that I can import the database then do cleanup afterwards. This saved me from having to clean up the database first before import.

Yes, we attended the inperson week long training in Arizona = Great from start to finish. Keap conferences on line are terrific too. Now we meet with our account rep Michael monthly - doing amazing things with us

I had a campaign that was not working properly. I was new to campaign building and didn't realize that I'd made an error in how I'd used the trigger and connected it to the sequence. I was able to get on the phone and support walked me through the correction and allowed me to test it with them. That was exceptional on the spot support!

In about 2016 when DMARC, DKIM and SPF were fairly new - I had a client that was having major email deliverability issues. Keap worked with me, the client and her OUTLOOK 365 partner to find and create the correct DMARC and DKIM records to ensure that her emails got through to the inbox. This issue was not a Keap issue, but because of industry changes coming into play it was able to be built into the software and benefit all Keap clients going forward.

I don't think I could count the number of times that Keap support has provided me with exceptional support. The support team is patient, knowledgeable, and extraordinarily committed to the success of their users. I could not ask for a better team to support me in my use of any software.

In April 2020 during the start of the Covid 19 pandemic, I lost all of my work. I am a full-time working musician and there was no place for me to play. I was going to cancel my Keap subscription but after speaking with Patrick Scott (customer success coordinator at Keap) I was given another round of the onboarding coaching program for free along with Keap paying my May bill for my monthly subscription to Keap. I am very grateful for this and has made me a loyal customer of the Keap company and community.

The instant chat support that allows us to authorize the representative to access our account makes troubleshooting quick, easy, and reliable. For example, I was not sure if I set up a very small sequence properly to trigger two emails in response to a specific tag. I create the sequence, and reached out to chat support granting access to confirm I had it set up correctly. The peace of mind is priceless.

Yes but it was ages ago. Probably my own error, I removed a batch of contacts. After a fair bit of explaining they got some of the higher ups to restore the contacts so they were not completely lost. Everyone was trying very hard to be helpful but many of the lower rungs of support were clearly in over their heads.

Look, the people who work in support do their best to help customers work on a buggy platform. They are always very nice and very patient. But they don't know much at tier 1. Beyond that, it's a buggy system so everyone is scrambling behind the scenes when not raving about how freaking awesome their company culture is. It gets expensive fast to make this thing work well for any business. The biggest blunder they make is telling the world how easy it is to use, selling the dream of helping really small businesses without talent or much capital, if any, that this software and their internal people can help get sales results. Like with all software, watch the hell out before you pull the trigger and NEVER buy software in a freaking seminar. Geez.
