Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

We realized we were spending countless hours tweaking Infusionsoft rather than creating content and selling. Clients were not interested in interacting with automation (I don't blame them, neither do I). The last straw was the mass e-mailer... In the address line (from), it did not display our company or the sales person, it displayed " mailto:mailer@infusionmail.com " Yikes! basically even our most valued customers thought we were spamming them. From inside Infusionsoft if you wrote a personal e-mail to a customer, it still said the e-mail was from: mailto:mailer@infusionmail.com This software claims to automate and customize... far from it when your e-mails that you are sending are from mailto:mailer@infusionmail.com

We are a certified partner and we keep that status in good standing. But we don't use it as our core platform any longer. It's important to disclose that we work with many other technology and other solution partners/companies and remain agnostic in delivering these solutions to clients.

I have to say that I have a love/hate relationship with Infusionsoft. I love what it allows us to do, but it is certainly frustrating at times, especially for new users AND power users. New users have a decent learning curve and power users will likely need third-party tools to get it to really perform the way you want it to. That said, I've found no better tool and the customer service is very responsive.

To be honest, we've invested so much time in setting up Infusionsoft, I"m not willing to start over with a new software and it does 90% of what I want so I'm happy with the product. Plus their customer service is stellar and I really appreciate that.

We have invested a lot into Infusionsoft and are using it to automate our processes and marketing. Changing CRMs would have a HUGE cost for us and based on our evaluations, the grass isn't greener elsewhere. Infusiosoft fits most of our needs and is slowly getting better each year. Their support is great and we will continue to use them until something much better comes around or our company outgrows a small business CRM.

I used Act for many years and sold and supported Act related products. In 2011 I decided I was done with Act. After shopping the market for about 6 months I chose Infusionsoft for my customer relationship management, marketing automation, and e-commerce/shopping cart. It was one of the best decisions I've made in business. While there is a learning curve for this product, it is worth the investment in time and training to make it work for your business.

I can't imagine going to another product other than Infusionsoft. Once you have learned how to create campaigns that run automatically, then it's time to work on something else. I will always be improving content and look and feel, (currently I am using Optimize Press to improve the look of my landing pages and membership pages) but Infusionsoft will be the backbone of my business and everything else must integrate with it, for me to look at it.

I think Infusionsoft is great for the right customer, but not ideal for a company whose main purpose is the shopping cart. Our company will likely stay with Infusionsoft for another year, but at some point we'll have to switch to match our growing demand.

I am still using Infusionsoft. So far I own 3 different applications of it for 3 separate companies, plus 2 Customerhub membership sites. I keep using it because it quite simply performs and gives me consistently high ROI. Industrial repair business - Infusionsoft, Business growth consulting company - Infusionsoft, Air Conditioning contractor business - Infusionsoft. It works, plain and simple.
