Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

I contact Keap periodically - though most of the answers are in their help files and videos.

I estimate that 1/10 cannot be answered or clarified on the initial call. It may be a bug or may need additional information, but by calling and talking with technical support I have had stellar results.

They are always there for big questions, little questions, and the stupid questions. They have answered questions that were a huge deal to me that probably seemed minor to them, but still handled it with the utmost professionalism. They have assisted me with alternative ways to solve problems that I might not have considered otherwise. Knowing that I have a team to assist when I hit a wall has been a huge benefit to my use of Keap.

They have a fairly large collection of tutorial videos and articles. I haven't engaged with their support, so I'm unsure of how that works, but their resources were always helpful.

My customer service rep has changed multiple times, and I feel like I'm always talking to someone else. The community is helpful, but you can't guarantee an answer, and sometimes there are multiple solutions so you need to do some trial and error to figure out what works for you. I think the hardest thing has been the turnover/lack of a consistent account representative who knows our account and doesn't need to be caught up every time I call. They did offer some free sessions with specialists though, and those were really helpful.

Generally, very responsive support for even our more complicated issues. We do have some open issues that we need resolutions on and that I understand are complicated and will take longer to resolve but the open issues are significantly impacting to our business.

When you first sign up for the software, they hold your hand....but only for about 2 hours. Once your support is up you are on your own. It's not easy to figure out and there isn't much documentation, video tutorials, and help for how to use it because they want you to pay them for more one-to-one time with their consultants. I dislike this business model in this day and age, it doesn't lend itself to good internet etiquette. I can't decide what is worse...the kind of support where you have to pay for everything or the kind of support that has too many overseas customer service reps where you have a language barrier to overcome when you have one simple question that folks can't seem to understand.

Most of the support staff is friendly and knowledgeable about Infusionsoft. Every once in awhile you may encounter as unpleasant situation, but if you stick with it (i.e. follow up) it will be resolved.

The support at Keap is great. Most of the time they know what I am looking for and they are able to solve my problems. Once in a while I will get a rep that doesn't understand my question or can't answer it and they have to get back to me. Which, to be honest usually takes longer that the answer solves. By the time they do get back to me, I have either moved on, created a work around or completely forgot about the question. However I can tell you that the positive outweighs the negative. Some software companies never get back to you or their chat support cannot answer any questions. So I would give their support at least a 9 out of 10.

Keap's tier 1 support is pretty well educated on what most basic users would need to know and would likely struggle with. Getting support beyond that is more difficult, and your issue likely would not be addressed until several software releases later unless it was a major breaking issues for many accounts. If you have a question Tier 1 can't help you with, you're probably better off hitting the online communities for assistance.

It may be easy to get someone on chat or phone for which I give these guys credit. But this does not mean you will get the answers you want or like. It's a buggy system. Why? Because it's all in one. The CRM is decent. The cart a joke. The email editor laughable. Affiliate partner function serves a huge business risk unless programmed by a NASA level consultant for which you can and must pay dearly. There are just too many bugs overall.
