The varies strongly dependent on the departments. We mostly use the platform to stay compliant with the negotiated terms. I additionally often generate the reports.
- INHUBBER made a good job to keep everything simple.
- I use the import and export feature a lot.
- It is very useful to upload many documents at once and to download the spreadsheet with what is important.
- I would make AI analysis a standard feature so that each document would come with the extracted fields directly after upload.

We use it to manage and securely store our contracts. In addition to basic functions such as setting deadlines, organizing documents in one place, and sending them for signature, Inhubber is used to reduce document complexity, extract, and enhance metadata. The software not only allows for quick analysis of documents but also helps to use the extracted information to actually manage the obligations and information in the contracts. We submit contracts and all relevant data for signature so that the entire date is approved, not just the text of the document.

It houses our contracts in a well-organized, secure place. We send documents in a compliant way and customers access them without switching platforms. That's a big improvement over sending documents over email. INHUBBER addresses all essential contract management tasks that we perform. It comes with a digital signature that can be used to approve entire data rooms and zip files. AI metadata extraction reduces workload and helps with fast processing of documents and structuring of the repository.
