The Support from Insightly is second to none. They are so quick to respond and help. I am very impressed and they're so knowledgable and willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions that arise. Very happy and impressed and even the simple questions, they are happy to assist.

We have used Insightly for almost 2 years now. We have always been able to get in touch with support for a variety of reasons and they have never disappointed us. The support staff have always been very understanding. They have assisted with answers to our questions and have provided great tech support. We would highly recommend them.

On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate the overall support for Insightly? If you have never contacted support for this product, please skip this question. Not used, it so opting to skip this question as I am unable to answer it. I do know it's available though if needed to. Won't let me skip so opted for a middle rating

We have other software with much better support. I think the support team and sales team are not as on top of things as they could be. However, we rarely need support. Their webinars are great.

The staff is helpful and typically knowledgeable; however, several issues I have had could have been resolved quicker if they could login and watch the problem. For example, there are several contacts that have been entered, but will only open if they are accessed through the Organization. This is difficult to show using screen shots.

The Insightly support personal are experienced and knowledgeable, a pleasure to deal with, and in my experience, they are the best in all the CRM's. There are so many videos to watch on the site and on YouTube, they are short videos on virtually anything you'd need to do. There are also longer videos if you want more of a tour of all the functions on the site.

Excellent support provided to deploy the app across all platforms like mobile, desktop and web and allow addition or deletion of users in quick time. It does not require any physical infrastructure and can be scaled at any level. It can be used across office locations to collaborate among users and help streamline workflow required to work on various projects.

There was a simple functionality that just changed - without warning. When we asked that it be repaired back to its original form, it took several months. We don't know if it is because we don't pay for the highest level of the software, but it seemed like it took too long.
Often when we ask other questions about functions of the software, the response we get is that we should buy a higher level (a level which would not suit our needs as a small nonprofit organization)

We're very disappointed with the technical support Insightly has to offer. Firstly, there is a lack of proper training modules or technical resources available online, even with a strong community of users. Then, their support team is highly unresponsive and so slow in getting a speedy resolution to your problem. We have faced issues in the past and it was almost impossible to get in touch with their support team. On the other hand, during implementation, their support team was great and made sure everything was set up properly and smoothly.

I really haven't have had any chance in contacting their support team ever as our admin does it; however, I have heard only and only good things about their support team. On time and on-point responses make the experience for them the best and since we are using the software since long time now - we do not need much help from their support team.

I give this a 9 in spite of the fact that I've never needed support. That's why I give it a 9 as it is that easy to use and its help sections are so good that I've had no need to reach out for support. The support for the free appears it might be a little light though if you do need it.

Actually, I can't remember having used support, but what concerns to suggestions, which I find to be a part of the support in a way, then I'm not pleased with that. Taking into account suggestions has been extremely slow if they implemented these at all.

Honestly, I personally haven't had the chance to interact with their support team, however, I strongly feel they would be good enough to be rated as 9 or 10. Also, my team has interacted with them on several occasions and have heard only good about them hence, the rating of 10 from my end.

If your issue is simple & was previously covered in their online FAQ's it's fine.
If not, you are stuck... or in my case currently I'm unable to even access the database until someone answers my online question.
There is no help phone line or online chat!!!

Earlier this year, Insightly decided to just retain one email address per contact, and to delete the other email addresses. This means that all other email addresses are now lost for us.
As a consequence, we can no longer trust Insightly as a database to retain important customer information.
User support on this topic has been mediocre to arrogant (just check the customer support pages on this topic).
We are now reconsidering as a company the use of Insightly as our CRM tool.
