Giving access to our team has been very easy, and provisioning accounts for outside members is very simple. The control of licensed vs. unlicensed users, however, is a pain. We have users that might move up or down in our org's structure, or may still be a user but not a data owner. This causes discrepancies with actual active data owners which affect our pricing, and those that have owned data in the past, no longer do and are still active in our organization in a different role.

I love how individual dashboards can be created and shared with others, whether they have an InsightSquared license or not, on a one-time or recurring basis. We're a small team of about 8 sales people and don't have much cause to control capabilities and access. I do like that there is one Settings area that allows you to easily update/edit licenses, share dashboards, manage access, do system configuration, etc.

It's easy to share data and reports within InsightSquared, so long as you're an administrator. Beyond that, the sharing capabilities are minimal, but as an administrator, I have the ability to schedule reports, share individual or team reports, create dashboards for myself or others and then share those dashboards to individuals manually or as a team.

Permission set manipulation is pretty strong in IS2. Recurring email options and limiting users to what they can see based on their role is key. You ahve the ability to make it so people can ONLY see their own data in a dynamic way - managers can see everything and on the same dashboard it's possible to have reps see their own data. It's really not that hard to set up, either.

Sharing is made easy on this platform. It's an easy button on the top right of a report page. You can also create groupings of team members, choose members individually, etc. Pretty straightforward and works great.

Great data sharing capabilities. You can share the dashboard so the recipient can see it on their home page when they log in on a browser or via cellphone. You can set a scheduled email or one -time email, and the recipient can see data right in the email as well as click through to IS2 in the browser.

Insightsquared provides a easy way to share reports and data. One feature that has proved useful is the ability to email reports to non-InsightSquared users. This allows our executives who do not need day to day access to InsightSquared visibility into the same reports. The formatting is limited based on the standard setup but the support team has always been helpful in assisting with finding solutions and work arounds.

The ability to be able to share and email dashboards has really been all that we have needed to share these reports on the cadence that we want. The one feature we love is being able to set up the cadence for which we would like to email these dashboards. This helps to send updates prior to important weekly meetings.

It would be great if admins were able to create dashboards for certain users. Having to keep login credentials for certain users in order to set things up for them is tedious and not very secure.
