Right now we are only connected to Salesforce. But, InsightSquared's new product slate allows for connectivity with numerous other data sources. We were interested in the NetSuite connection, and hope to move in the direction in the future. Slate allows for a lot of customization through the use of SQL queries.

Our CRM is Salesforce and the integration has been seamless. We have not had any issues as far as pulling data from Salesforce. I can't speak to merging data from other sources as we do not integrate our ERP system to Salesforce or any other application. The timeliness of data from Salesforce has never been an issue.

InsightSquared pulls our data straight from Salesforce. As we have many custom fields in our data, they worked quite extensively with us to make sure the correct data was being pulled and the reports were setup to pull the data we needed.

InsightSquared provides literally every feature I require for my purposes - the range of data sources and levels of analytics that are available far exceed what is necessary for my requirements. The range of available data points, types of reports and types of formatting it's possible to place data into is granular to the extreme and I would image it's enough for almost any use case.

I don't work in this particular side of the sales funnel but all of my data from Salesforce is always in InsightSquared. So, from the perspective of a user, I would say the data source connectivity for InsightSquared is great.

InsightSquared can currently connect with your Salesforce data (sales and marketing), QuickBooks, and Zendesk. We only have our Salesforce data integrated with InsightSquared, but the integration works seamlessly. As an administrator, I never have to worry about the reliability of the integration which gives me piece of mind. InsightSquared can be customized based on your Salesforce configuration (e.g., adding report filters based on custom fields) which makes the reports extremely powerful and relevant to our unique business needs.
