We only sync InsightSquared with our Salesforce database. While the sync is usually on point, we do have some issues with specific fields that may not translate correctly. This is mainly due to the complexities we've added within our own Salesforce instance, not necessarily the accuracy of the sync with InsightSquared. InsightSquared does pose some challenges when trying to map customized fields from Salesforce, however.

Our data source in Salesforce and InsightSquared (at least our version, don't know if more advance versions have different parameters) refreshes every few minutes. I can't recall whether it's 10, 15 or what. But if you look at the bottom left corner of each dashboard or graph, it will show you how many minutes ago the info was refreshed. Would be great if it was a little closer to real time. But it doesn't cause too much of a problem for us because we're not a lower price point, high volume sales organization but one that does large deals that take about 9 months to close. Although I might want a more frequent refresh, there have never been any issues with the connectivity between Salesforce and InsightSquared.

Utilizing Bullhorn and InsightSquared is a great partnership. The feed takes about 30 minutes but is extremely reliable. In 4 years of usage, I believe the feed has gone down one time and by the time I notified InsightSquared, they already knew of the issue and had it fixed quickly thereafter.

Getting data from Salesforce is a homerun. Adding from other sources is more difficult. In my opinion, using just the Salesforce data is mostly fine for the use of this platform. This being said, if you have disparate systems, you may struggle here.

As mentioned earlier, marketing platform data doesn't tie nicely into revenue, at least how we have it configured.

There have been no issues with the data bridge between IS2 and Salesforce. Everything we have in Salesforce is reflected well and if there is a problem - we easily fix it with the Customer Success team. Real-time updating is great too.

Right now we are only connected to Salesforce. But, InsightSquared's new product slate allows for connectivity with numerous other data sources. We were interested in the NetSuite connection, and hope to move in the direction in the future. Slate allows for a lot of customization through the use of SQL queries.

Our CRM is Salesforce and the integration has been seamless. We have not had any issues as far as pulling data from Salesforce. I can't speak to merging data from other sources as we do not integrate our ERP system to Salesforce or any other application. The timeliness of data from Salesforce has never been an issue.

Merging of our data into InsightSquared has been pretty seamless. We have had issues with a lot of other products that require integrations to be able to use our data, but I can't recall any issues we have ever had. InsightSquared also integrates with our most necessary products that we would like to extract data from for reporting.
