I think especially because we haven't quite figured out all of the ways InsightSquared can work for us, we will be renewing. Ideally, we'd like to be using the SaaS metrics and revenue forecasting reports. But, that's going to take some major work on our part to configure our data correctly.

InsightSquared has been hugely beneficial to us, and to me in particular as someone outside of our sales team to gain insight into how our sales team and company is performing and how our overall health is. They offer fantastic customer support and have a great community to assist in your implementation of the product.

The usefulness of InsightSquared on a day to day basis. Mind you, I don't know of comparable products (other than the Salesforce dashboard, which I'm not a huge fan of; InsightSquared is sexier), so that is also a factor. If I was approached by a vendor with a similar solution and maybe less expensive? It would definitely be a conversation to have.

InsightSquared is an excellent product, but without sufficient user adoption it can only do so much for your organization. We only recently implemented InsightSquared (in the past six months or so). We will need to see over time how it actually meets our reporting needs, affects our pipeline management activities, and improves our overall business decisions.
