Sage Intacct is easy to configure and use, it does not require any financial training to get started with. Again, it makes it easy and fast to enter an expense report or a timesheet. Finally, the customer support team is readily available 24.7. They are always available when you need them most.

we have come across a situation where the inter-entity offline payments need to be configured so that the back-end entry would be posted automatically and we were able to configure it through the help of Sage Intacct as it is flexible as per user needs

We used an external implementation team. This was helpful, but we still did not get exactly what we wanted out of reporting aspects and this is something we are looking at ourselves to set up formats the way we want them.It can be tricky to get a report correct, but once the reports are set up correctly they work exceptionally well.

Setting up GL accounts is an ease. What I did notice is setting up bank accounts has to be done in multiple locations. Where you have to setup the general ledger account then you have to setup the actual bank account in order to do the reconciliation. This to be is double the work and should be done in 1 location with the information populating both sections where needed.

It was a seamless experience. We integrated Sage Intacct in couple months and started using it. We were able to configure Sage Intacct on our own. However we had couple questions and reached out to Sage Team who quickly helped us and resolved our queries. Entire process was quick and we had a smooth onboarding

The IT department at my company has set up Sage Intacct, and I use it for my regular tasks to record financial transactions as and when we get information from our clients via emails or invoices from vendors. According to my internal staff, who is responsible for installing the application for users, the configuration is fairly simple.

The technical support team helped us from the beginning, they directed us to carry out a very fast configuration, if it had not been for them we would have taken a long time, since there are always doubts when configuring, and the support team was attentive at all times.

When we converted to Sage Intacct, we didn't work with Sage at all on it. We worked with the vendor by having a weekly meeting at our location, and we would go over what was needed to set up a module and debate on what was needed for it or not. They were FANTASTIC in helping us get everything up and running. When we hit a point where we weren't able to get everything exported from our old Quickbooks files and set up for importing into Sage Intacct for historical data, they jumped right in and helped us with all of it. I was involved with all of the set up and configuration of our instance of Sage Intacct, and I've found that the experience from that definitely helps when we add on additional modules. The only thing that I look back on and wish is that there are so many features and options on Sage Intacct, it's hard to know exactly what each feature will do or enable, and there are some that if we would have known sooner exactly what they did, it would have made some things a ton easier for us. Live and learn, I guess.

Our implementation partner initially configured Intacct for us. After implementation, I have completed much of the configuration and customization that we're able to do as a customer. Some can be difficult to understand how to do, but once you understand how the system works and feel comfortable navigating in it, you are able to do a good amount of self-configuration.

The configuration process is handled by the IT team in our organization. The day-to-day activities are handled by the internal resources in the organization. Once the complete set of configurations is done in the initial stages we use it to handle the 2-way authentication when we receive the notification from the Intacct portal.

The Sage Intacct is configured by the IT team at our organization and I am using it for my day to day activities to record the financial transactions as and when we receive the details from our Client through emails or Bills from vendors. The configuration is very ease when I checked with my internal team who is involved in their Installation of the application to the users.
