Sage Intacct is a cloud-based financial accounting software system with functionalities for small to mid-sized businesses. Sage Intacct delivers an array of core accounting applications such as a general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and order management to any accounting department or finance team. It also supports functionality for built-in dashboards, real time reporting, time and expense management, project accounting, revenue management, and global consolidations for multiple entities.

I have not personally had any issues requiring support, which is a testament to its simplicity and reliability. I have not had to use customer support for any issues, which to me is the best type of user support there could be. An ounce of prevention, as the saying goes

I have not had to personally interact with Sage Intacct Support, so I cannot provide an opinion here. I would gather that the support is acceptable at least because I cannot recall hearing any negative feedback from anyone in our Accounting department, but to give an actual positive or negative rating here would only be speculation on my part.

In my opinion, it can take too long to get an answer, that you then have to pay for. Also, it was much easier (and free) to get QuickBooks support, but QuickBooks has been around longer so that is to be somewhat expected, as there are lots of online QuickBooks user forums.

The overall support for Sage Intacct is great. If a need arises, there is always a solution and there is always someone to help. The program was created to help the clients in the best way possible. For as long as I was using this program, I found the support to be superb.

I have not needed to reach out to Sage for Support because our internal staff is very knowledgeable and they have been using this software for years. All of the Sage employees I have been in contact with are very courteous though. There are also a lot of excellent YouTube and other tutorials out there for Sage Intacct!

One time I asked for support regarding the UI interaction, and it was really quick, I think in 1 day my questions were solved and eventually all the team has the ability to track their time as we are expecting, now the team knows exactly how and when we need to apply some project selections, overtime and holidays.

I have had no issues with support. This has not been an issue at all. I have not had to reach out for any technical support and found the site pretty easy to figure out how. The site always is functioning and runs well. It has been nice to not have to worry about needing to reach out to technical support.

When we first started, it was nice to be able to get the support we needed and do a walkthrough. It would be nice if there was an annual meeting to review this process for new staff. My accounting department has reported ease of using the support from Sage Intacct.

Our support has been good for the most part. Outside of some instances, we have received adequate support in a reasonable amount of time. We have run into some situations where certain issues needed to be escalated to Sage since our retailer support team was unable to address these issues for us.

On the one occasion that I had to contact support, it was not the most helpful. The support team did not seam to understand why I was receiving a certain error. They also did not seem to know how to fix this problem. I actually figured out what the issue was and was able to correct it myself. The date needed to be changed (although why the date being used was not working made no sense) and then I was able to post.
