I-solved support is top notch. We have always received the help we needed in a very timely manner, usually within minutes. We love the fact that they never make us feel like we are bothering them. If the agent that answers does not have the answer they move it up to the next level.

I gave this rating because for the most part I am always responded to quickly. More recently there have been a couple of times where it has taken a couple of days for me to get a reply. I also said I would receive a call back same day and that did not happen. It eventually was handled. after a couple of days.

Ease of access is number one. Employees and admins can get to the information they need immediately. Payroll is streamlined and quick, and reports are thorough and easily customized. Benefit programs are tracked by the system, and we can pull reports or get info pushed for eligibility. Terminations are easy and they take care of all of the paperwork.

We recently canceled our contract with Isolved and moved to Paychex. One thing to consider is that if you leave isolved all access to your data ends 30 days after termination of the contract. Not a big deal for me since I have the reports and data I need, but it is also terminated for your employees to access pay stubs or old w2s. If you want to keep access it is $250 per month.
It seems strange that they can hold your data hostage and they wouldn't just allow employees to have access to their pay stubs and other information they may need months after a change in payroll companies.

In my opinion, the support is terrible. In my experience, they pull the money out of our checking account weekly for taxes and then they don't always file our taxes timely. We get IRS notices of late filings and we get quarterly taxes done incorrectly.

Tax response is a 1 (it could take months to get a response, if I get one at all), general response for issues with payroll processing is a 10, response for new services is a 3 (have had a ticket in for 2 weeks and we are still in the queue. One note - if I call for support I can get a person right away (only for payroll processing issues - I just get voice mail for tax)m, but if I email it could take hours or days to get a response.

Now that we have a true customer service rep, however, I can go to her for help and she is outstanding.

My Relationship Manager is awesome and gets moving on thing ASAP. The customer service team is hard to reach and I believe info gets lost in translation. Hard to communicate with noreply email addresses.

Our agency used a 3rd party payroll vendor that was a partner of Infinisource iSolved so we didn't experience Infinisource iSolved support directly. However, our clients seemed to feel that the support was more than satisfactory. We never fielded complaints from them about their use of Infinisource iSolved or the service they received from it.

Most of my issues can not be handled by the chat so I have to call in and usually I am on the phone for an hour or two and my problem does not always get resolved immediately or I have to wait for the next update to get resolved. When there is an update the wait time is even worse because it never fails they do an update to fix one problem and another one arises.
