We use the platform to process payroll twice a month.
  • Great customer service.
  • Awesome reporting system.
  • Modern platform that is easy to navigate.
Cons
  • I'd only say that I'd like the number of calls to promote additional services to decrease; if we need it we will reach out.
In my opinion, customer service is the number one motivator. I've always had pleasant experiences when I reach out for anything at isolved. The website is modern and easy to navigate. They are solution-driven; for any report, you need you can find the tools to create if not created already. Great company!

We use iSolved for weekly payroll processing, onboarding new hires and all reporting including employee's pay history and W2.
  • Excellent Customer Service! I love being able to call and get a friendly representative right away. They are always very knowledgeable and willing to help.
  • The website is easy to navigate.
  • Reports are easy to customize.
Cons
  • I would love to see the "refresh" button be removed! When trying to run reports, you will have to click the refresh button until you can review the report.
I manage three separate companies in iSolved. I like being able to go from one company to the other with ease.

We have 2 separate companies. I use isolved for our payroll needs and subsequent payroll tax filings.
  • Always accessible. I have never had to wait for a return call. Customer service is always available. Very important on payroll days when immediate help is needed.
  • Our relationship manager reaches out frequently to make sure all our needs are being met. It is very important to us to have a dedicated contact person and especially one that responds quickly. We have been with larger companies and have had to wait until they return our call.
  • The software program is very easy to navigate and reports very easy to read.
  • Employees appreciate having instant access to their payroll details through their computers or phones.
Cons
  • Actually, I don't have any complaints other than they are on EST and we are on PST so we have to make sure we call in our payroll timely. We knew this signing with isolved so this was our choice.
After being with large payroll companies, I find that isolved 's customer service is superior to the larger company's. We have had dedicated service representatives but in time of need, we have had to leave a message and wait for a return call. I can't stress enough that time is of the essence on payroll days so immediate help is my foremost priority.

We use isolved to process our semimonthly payroll schedules, provide an employee self service platform, benefits administration, tax withholding filings and it is also used as our HRIS database. In addition to processing our payroll we use isolved's time and attendance functionality as well as ACA reporting. This product allows us to pay our employees, submit their federal, state, local taxes as well as any special pfml, disability or unemployment deductions, pay our employer taxes and provide periodic statements for all of those services.

Cons
  • Reporting feature needs improvement
isolved has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I've been managing provider relationships for over 20 years and have not found it's match or anything close. We've had zero turnover in customer specialist and even if I do speak to another specialist, they're just as knowledgeable and my issue is resolved just as quickly. Although, I had been disappointed in the reporting feature in the past, I was connected with a trainer and now am able to write reports really easily myself.

  • Customer Service- You know the people who assist you. No more on hold for an hour only to find the person on the other end is not knowledgeable. You have a team.
  • People Analytics platform is robust and customizable.
  • Performance Management was easy to use and customize.
Cons
  • The only improvement would be reporting within the HRIS. Sometimes it's hard to get exactly what you need from canned reports.
isolved overall is user friendly. I had zero instruction/training and just jumped into the system when I was hired.
isolved is user friendly from an employee standpoint as well.
Improvements could be carrier file creation for benefits taking entirely too long. It's a process, understandably, however, it has taken several months to complete the last carrier file. In isolved defense, sometimes the vendor on the other side is the obstacle.
