What is iSpring Learn?

iSpring Learn is an LMS for automating corporate training and improving employee performance.

The system aims to enable users without technical skills to launch eLearning in one day without training. To start training with the platform, administrators upload learning content, assign courses, and start tracking learners’ progress. The reporting features can be used to see detailed breakdowns of performance statistics for users, groups, and organizations. And feedback and comments can be used to help guide learners through the process.

With it, users can reflect their corporate hierarchy with different departments and sub-departments, set rules, and assign employees to a course automatically. Also, account owners can customize the learner portal to reflect their corporate branding.

iSpring learn enables mobile learning. Users can access course materials from their smartphones with the free iSpring Learn app for iOS and Android. The app allows learners to save content directly to their devices for viewing offline. All statistics are saved and synchronized with the system as soon as the device reconnects to the Internet.

The iSpring Support team is easy to reach and communicate with. Anytime that I have needed them to address an issue, they were more than willing to assist me with that. On occasion there were things that they could not assist me with, but they did offer as many trouble shooting guidelines that they could.

I find the support from iSpring Learn highly efficient. Any time I have contacted them they always respond very promptly, and if the need to go find something out/ complete a task they set clear timelines and expectations.

Over the years, support has dramatically improved. Support reps are friendly and have been available when needed. I usually don't need much support regarding the portal as I have been using it for around three years and have gotten similar with the system, but when I do our account manager has been great.

Every time that I've needed support, iSpring was readily available to help me through the issue from minor administrative to highly technical. Further, the how-to and community forums are excellent self-help resources that I've used extensively. I could not be more pleased with the speed and competency of any assistance I have needed.

The live support is really nice. The assistants are very responsive and the chat function works very well.
It is difficult to find answers sometimes on the boards and online for answers.
I do like being invited to live training sessions.

Our account rep Katie Connor is fantastic. She is very responsive to our requests. She does not try to over sell. She has setup training sessions for us any time we asked. Finally, she is a very nice person we like working with. She also has been patient with us as we figure out our renewal.

Every time I've had to contact customer support, they've been very quick and prompt to respond. Multiple avenues to request support. Many online tutorials and information to help yourself as well.

I can not say enough good about the support. By far the best in the industry. You talk to really people that help. All to often LMS make you leave a message or you must submit a ticket for help. You will not wait more than a day or two for a good response from iSpring.

Sadly, the program has lots of glitches, and no backend support. They can't duplicate the user experience on their end which means the burden is on you to provide lots of screenshots/videos etc. and then they still can't fix the issue and want you to just republish. We had less issues when publishing from their platform (though still some glitches) but if you want to import your own scorm file, forget it. It does not work well at all.

I have had two interactions with iSpring Learning Support and both were vague, not trying to understand my problem before offering a solution. I wished they asked more clarifying questions. To their credit, they did follow up with developers and responded to me promptly.

They just do not work on the weekends. If I need anything, they reply less in than 24 hours, except holidays. I like that. They give me good chat support a lot. If I forget that I sent them an email, they do not forget and reply to me very soon. It is really appreciated.
