It is being used for multiple different projects to create new tickets and track already created queues for Production, UAT, and Enhancement tickets. It allows us to check the status of each issue, assign to multiple departments, and see work logs in one ticket for the issue affecting multiple aspects of the product. We have dashboards created for easier access of necessary queues.
- Reporting and dashboard creation.
- Assigning tickets to different teams and tracking process of each issue.
Cons
- Search query building options could be more user friendly.
- It allows to have clear deployment items structure.
- Backlog tracking helps us to forecast deployment size and fixes count.
