We were looking for a comprehensive solution that consolidates communication channels and GoTo Connect aims to be an all-in-one system, offering phones, meetings, and messaging within a unified platform. GoTo Connect is also part of the LogMeIn suite, and we already use other LogMeIn products therefore we had seamless integration across our communication and collaboration tools.

Zoom's feature set was far more constrained than GoTo Connect's. GoTo Connect offers a huge amount of complimentary add-ons. Another important area in which GoTo Connect has excelled is reliability. The extensive feature set is really helpful and will eventually bring additional value. This is one of GoTo Connect's main selling points.As someone who was constantly searching for methods to enhance teamwork and communication, I was drawn to GoTo Connect's remarkable 98.99% uptime.

We use Zoom and Teams only because of their prevalence among our clients and business partners. We find GoTo's products to be superior. That said, Zoom is pretty well thought-out from a calendar/inbox management standpoint. Teams is hard to use and lacks some simple features that could improve it somewhat.

GoTo Connect is all in one communication tool extending its facilities to provide the flexible support and work. It aims to make a user to avail features to work from mobile application as well as from desktop with comprehensive IT management and support.
It stacks up against others with the features like Cloud PBX , call management, Voip system collaboration etc.

Better overall value, and overall superior user experience vs. feature set. Configuration has not been painless, but that's out IT folks pain. For users, once up and running the use of GoTo Connect has been really painless, and empowered them to communicate seamlessly with Customers and Prospects alike, at any time from anywhere3.

Teams seems more advanced and suited to bigger audiences, GoTo Connect seems like its a more basic version suited to smaller audiences. If you are looking to get started with an easy to use and full functioning meeting system with good audio visual then this is a great place to get started. Teams has the edge with more people comfortable on how to use this and some more in depth features

During the pandemic, when Zoom experienced huge outages with frustrating choppy audio and call drops, GoTo Connect remained consistently reliable. I was actively looking for ways to improve communication and collaboration within my team and GoTo Connect's very impressive uptime of 99.99% was a major attraction for me. Its call quality was excellent, even on a weak/low-bandwidth internet connection (because of adaptive bitrate technology) because everyone in my team didn't have a strong /high-bandwidth internet connection compared to the office internet connection when we were compelled to WFH.

We chose GoTo Connect because it put a tick box on all our requirements which included three major requirements. These three requirements were the pricing, the support offered during our relationship, and the time taken to implement and set up the product as per our requirements. All these three turned out to be positive hence we are still using it.

In actuality, I did not go with GoTo Connect. Teams ended up being just as effective and also allows for Channels, which GoTo Connect did not have - or at least it was not too apparent. Although GoTo Connect is a great alternative, Teams has been more user-friendly and the program of choice for our company.

I find both of these options more modern and easier to use. These options also integrate more easily into our urrent workflow and provide more timely updates. These options feel like they are focused on being able to integrate into smaller organizations an not as focused on call centers or other sales oriented organizations.

It was more advanced than the above software's and offer multiple features like Admin Portal and more control over management through synchronization of multiple features at one place.
The above software were only used for a limited service like video conferencing or dialing. Whereas GoTo Covered it all. It was a great experience using it so far. Would really recommend it

It's less clunky than the other systems, it's properly communicated and is not an afterthought that you have to think about when sharing data with the other systems. the tracking between them also makes sense in terms of tracking who has changed what which came in handy when having multiple agents dealing with one client

  • Weave
GoTo Connect links directly with our dental software, just like Weave did. The functionality of a phone system is much more intricate and robust, but still easier to use than Weave was. It alone doesn't have all the same functions, being that Weave was for dental practices, but we didn't need any of those specific functions anymore, so GoTo Connect handles what we did and still need even better. It just made sense to switch.

GoTo Meeting is a good alternative to Zoom for video conferencing. Quite affordable per month and allows screen sharing features that we need for our specific workflow. It is our preference for video calls and is always what we use when asked by clients to initiate a video meeting link.

I found sound quality is very good using GoTo Connect. It was also easy to implement and to setup Goto Connect compared to other products. Also, didn't had any issues integrating with Microsoft Teams. That's why I prefer Goto Connect.
