Based on our existing IT infrastructure, integrating GoTo Connect with our other business applications / systems wasn't overly complex. We did not encounter challenges in achieving seamless workflows and data synchronization even with stringent security and compliance requirements within our organization. Regular updates and maintenance are important to us for keeping the system secure and up-to-date with the latest features and we appreciate that the provider actively maintains and improves their VoIP solution.

Figure out what you want before you try and set it up. Once you know how you want the system set up then it is easier to implement because you already have a vision of what you want/need.

GoTo Connect provide me a very good VoIP sytem. Video conferencing, Audio conferencing, Video screen sharing, Instant messaging all are very good. Some time we face a little bit lacking in video screen sharing but all over they are provide very good services. We give 10 point out of 10.

As i was not a part of implementation team of the GoTo connect so it was not fully fair to talk about it , but as far as i heard the implementation of the GoTo connect was very smooth. The Custmer support team has provided the great support while implementing the application

I found the setup process really straightforward and user-friendly. No hanky-panky with a clean and well-organized dashboard with step-by-step instructions. The activation process was quick and efficient and we started using the system immediately. We faced a couple of minor technical issues while setting up some advanced customization options. I am happy with the ease of implementing GoTo Connect. It saved me time and effort compared to other VoIP solutions I've used in the past.

The implementation of GoTo Connect was easy from the day of the kick-off call where a short brief was given about the company, a discussion around the project timelines, and the data dependencies on us to set up the platform. The updates around the project during the implementation and the hand holding after go-live is really appreciated.

We were very happy with the implementation but that was done with an outside vendor who we have a great relationship with. They were efficient and worked well with GoTo Connect to make sure everything went smoothly. However, I was very disappointed that GoTo Connect provided no onboarding material that we could use. We had to build an entire set of instructions on our own. They provided no templates or basic information that would be useful to give to our users. I expected tp have some basic information that we might have to tailor for our users - but to have to build everything from scratch was an excessive burden and waste time.

Implementation was done through a vendor and GoToConnect engineers. They provided initial quote for Polycom phones and speakerphones, virtual fax numbers, printer connectivity (for faxing primarily) and did all the provisioning and deployment. Additional line or hardware adds were handled by a 1 year support contract. Since our staffing volume and physical footprint have decreased dramatically, we have eliminated a large part of the hardware.

The implementation manager made getting things set up so easy and guided us through the whole process so we never got lost. We always had constant contact and availability made it so that we never had to try and call someone or wait on hold if we needed help with anything.

We already had an employee directory with 4-digit extension codes set up previously so we were able to transfer that easily by programming the same to our new Goto setup. Users are able to edit their own contacts via computer without needing admin privileges which saves much time. Recommend using an email inbox that will forward all incoming mail to multiple email accounts when emailed Goto voicemail mp3 notifications.

Very easy to implement. And it doesn't take much time. And easy to train customers on using it. We haven't received any complaints from customers after implementing it smoothly. It integrates very well with Microsoft Teams. If customers prefer using handsets, we have installed with Yealink SIP handsets. All our implementations of Goto Connect have gone smoothly.
