I use Jobber to schedule in jobs and to send professional looking invoices. I use Jobber every day it helps me keep track of my entire business from which employees are assigned to each job to the invoices I send at the end of the month. Without it I would definitely be missing payments.
  • Invoicing
  • Scheduling
  • Following up
Cons
  • Have some sort of combination with my text app on iPhone
  • Add a crm so I can have a pipeline of new customers
Jobber is well suited for any service business doesn’t matter which kind if you are servicing customers. This is the way to go they will appreciate the little features that Jobber has to offer like text notifications before jobs emailing in advanced so they can prepare if they have forgotten about the appointment.

We use Jobber for scheduling, time tracking, request forms, invoices, quoting, probably more I'm forgetting. Its a life saver for keeping recurring appointments scheduled appropriately, creating professional quotes and invoicing. It's also great for communication with clients via text and on my way messages.
  • scheduling
  • invoicing
  • quoting
  • shifts/trends in your business
Cons
  • don't understand how to use lead tracking
  • mass deleting capabilities
  • mass closing invoices
  • being able to split a job between different empployees on the same day
Great for scheduling, time tracking. Can't think of a negative

We are using it to assign 'jobs' or tasks completed in the field. Whenever a client contacts us we are sending out someone from our team (no rule, mostly legal) and Jobber helps to follow the process from filing a request and preparing a quote to scheduling a task and sending out an invoice. It connects all the dots and makes the process smooth and trackable.
  • Quotes look professional. Clients love them!
  • Time sheets are neat and clean.
  • Keeping track of clients' information accurately and precisely.
Cons
  • Pricey. They should consider some more affordable options.
  • Design. As we ramped up our visual identity we were looking for a more modern design.
  • To include visible discounting options on quotes, for example.
It is well suited for medium-sized organizations with a limited number of clients and processes that are not constantly interrupted. We are using it for the field jobs, but for those that are more back-and-forth and require a lot of iteration, I don't think fits well. It is meant for providing service -- deliver service -- done scenarios where workflow follows a stream.

Jobber is our roadmap to a successful, profitable future!

Our entire company uses Jobber - as it acts as our command center, allowing us to quickly see what has been done, needs doing, and what our future holds.
  • Quick scheduling
  • Time tracking
  • Detailed Reports
  • Client History
Cons
  • Adding contract language to proposals
  • budgeting
  • project costing
Jobber is a great fit for contractors that are just starting up, as well as small to medium-sized businesses looking to get organized.

Jobber is for everyone!

Manager workflow, scheduling, keep everything organized and in one place, department-specific for ease of use, to ensure everything is defined and easily accessible. Our previous system was manual, not organized, and it was hard to find customers and suppliers. We were also looking for software that the whole company could access, and not specific to one user.
  • Organized
  • Easy to access
  • Stellar customer support
Cons
  • Coordinate customers documents.
  • Add additional apps.
  • Tailor a bit more specific to my situations.
Easy to use and access, organized, assisted with workflow and scheduling, conflict resolution with a customers invoice or billing, only as good as the data that is imputed, might need a check and balance through to ensure there are no duplicates or erroneous data. It would be helpful to streamline to save crucial time and resources.
