Jobber has become an indispensable tool for our company. It makes route management and scheduling extremely simple. It gives our entire team a clear view of the work to be done...with views for the day, week, and month, so we can plan accordingly. The scheduling feature makes entering recurring jobs quick and simple. We also rely on the client email reminders as an important touch point for our clients.
  • The recurring job feature was key to our decision in selecting Jobber. There's a lot of flexibility in how you schedule recurring work. I especially like that you can select the frequency (weekly, monthly) coupled with either a specific date or day of the week/month.
  • Client email reminders help our clients know when we're coming and provide an important point of contact. Customizing the email was easy.
  • Client overview. It's extremely helpful to be able to view a client's record and see the upcoming visits along with the completed work.
Cons
  • While Jobber does have some integrations with third-party payment processors, the one thing we're missing is the ability for Jobber to trigger recurring payments with those providers. This would help us immensely.
Lawn care, pest control, maid/cleaning service. I can see this being a valuable tool for any business that needs to schedule and route jobs. There isn't a project management tool, per se, so I wouldn't think it would be a good fit for an organization looking to manage projects or team collaboration. To be clear, we didn't expect Jobber to have that feature, so this is not a weakness or disappointment.

We use Jobber for scheduling, time tracking, request forms, invoices, quoting, probably more I'm forgetting. Its a life saver for keeping recurring appointments scheduled appropriately, creating professional quotes and invoicing. It's also great for communication with clients via text and on my way messages.
  • scheduling
  • invoicing
  • quoting
  • shifts/trends in your business
Cons
  • don't understand how to use lead tracking
  • mass deleting capabilities
  • mass closing invoices
  • being able to split a job between different empployees on the same day
Great for scheduling, time tracking. Can't think of a negative

Jobber's ease of use and exceptional feature for organizing our business is amazing. Our customers love the online portal for their organization and ability to make requests as well. we currently run 15 crews with Jobber and love what it does for our commercial grounds maintenance contracts.
  • routing
  • recurring jobs
  • organizing jobs
Cons
  • we use yeti for snow and like their mandatory features like uploading jobs and geo fences when on sites
  • would like to see better way to organize our contracts from start to finish with reminders when contracts are expiring
Jobber is the easiest way to organize a smaller scale company. we have made internal tweaks and using our own ways to organize with property details for scheduling but there's room for improvement once you hit the 3 mil mark with more users.

I use Jobber for multiple functions for my business; customer database, sending estimates, invoices, and card payment processing. It's easy to navigate and software has been reliable with little issues. It automatically syncs with QuickBooks online, as well as many other apps. The support staff is quick to respond when I have questions.
  • Invoicing
  • Payment processing
  • Customer database
Cons
  • Pricebook templates
  • Detailed receipts
  • QuickBook syncing errors
Jobber does a great job at performing the same tasks as larger companies with more expensive software

Jobber keeps up with all of our appointments and keeps us on schedule. Since using Jobber, we have not missed one appointment. Also Jobber makes it so easy to get all our clients on with Card on file to make sure we collect payment quickly, no more chasing our money down.

Jobber is well suited for running my lawn care service. Love the simplicity of quoting, scheduling, invoicing and collecting payments. I feel Jobber is lacking in training new customers. I have had Jobber for a year and still feel like I am stumbling through it. I know it does a lot more that I just don’t know how to make it do.
