Staff Perm utilizes JobDiva as a full service CRM, ATS and HR Onboarding System to communicate between Sales, Recruiting and HR. We find that it makes sourcing, screening, interviewing an onboarding very easy.

JobDiva has a really great harvesting function that bring in qualified candidates that match the needs of our job descriptions. We have made many placements using JobDiva's search technology including those that come in via the Harvester. In addition, the real time search is a very fast way to search the job boards and JobDiva at the same time.

JobDiva automates many processes for recruiters as well the back-office staff so that we work using the same solution in applicant tracking and talent management. Recruiters can track communications and other aspects of their relationship with candidates. The back office use the solution to combine post-hiring tasks with financial operations such as time sheets, billing and invoicing.

It is being used by our whole organisation. Even after becoming a big name in staffing for software companies, we only use JobDiva as a job board to search for candidates across the US market for our valuable clients. We also use it as an application tracking system.

JobDiva is a wonderful tool that we use to track all of our candidates and clients. This tool is required by my organization for everyone to be able to use. JobDiva helps us to make sure we do not lose contact with any of our candidates or clients. There are wonderful reminder tools and emailing capabilities that really help us drive the number of successful placements with our clients.
  • We can contact many individuals at once by doing email blasts. The more people you contact the better chances of finding that one needle in a haystack.
  • There is a wonderful billing feature that can help you keep your numbers on track. Accounting can be difficult, but with the right tools it can be much more simple.
  • JobDiva is easily accessible via a mobile device which is also a HUGE plus. This is the era of technology. Everything must be accessible at my fingertips.
  • I wish I could put a candidate's desired salary or hourly rate. For some reason the hourly rate seems to have disappeared.
  • I wish there was a drag and drop feature for adding documents. We collect about 10 docs from each candidate and this would be very helpful.
  • I would love to be able to send my clients their invoice from JobDiva. This may be a feature that is already there, but I have not seen it.
If you are a rapidly expanding company this is a great place to store all of the info and then easily access it. It will help to keep you organized with all human resource files and credentialing. It could also help to keep track of pay rates and/or raises for employees.

When I joined my company we were shifting over to JobDiva. We used it for 2 years as our main ATS. JobDiva allowed us to automatically search through the job boards through automated resume harvesters setup to find resumes with Boolean search strings. That way it could look through the job boards all night and we could have a fresh pool of candidates to review in the morning. This allowed me and the other recruiters to spend less time searching and more time reaching out to candidates.
  • The Harvesters are valuable as a tool to free up the recruiting teams time by automating the search functions.
  • The search tool within JobDiva is advanced and it allows for searches to be created by years of experience.
  • The Harvesters allow you to build a large database of resumes very quickly.
  • The service and website is slow. I spent a lot of time waiting for the pages to load.
  • The Harvesters are valuable but not very adaptable. Search strings need a lot of tweaking but given the nature of automated searches you wouldn't know if there is something wrong until the next day when you have few or no new resumes.
  • The interface as not very intuitive but they have made progress here recently.
It is great to build a database of resumes very quickly without a large staff of recruiters but it brings in a lot of resumes indiscriminately, therefore you get both good and bad resumes. This system can be slow at times and that becomes annoying, but it will pull more resumes than a team of 10 recruiters can depending on how many Job Board Licenses you have attached to JobDiva.

Our recruiting division as well as our sales/business development divisions utilize JobDiva for our needs.
  • Provides search engines to produce resumes in resourcing specialized talent
  • Provides for targeting resumes for specific talent and skills
  • Provides useful admin functions
  • Should have more up to date technology 'skill set' keywords for today's recruiting demands. This is needed especially as so many companies require skills-- many of which that are not 'key' in the JobDiva database.
As previously mentioned, JobDiva is an very useful resource. Some of the admin functions it provides, however, are a little tedious. For example when putting in termination dates for employees, it isn't easy to find the appropriate locations to do this, without much trial and error in reaching the desired location to enter this information.
